additional credit is due and apply.  If we can work through this via our normal ticketing process, I have also responded to that in Ticket #1430878.  I will be asking our Quality Team to review the following: Order # 2409434325-21660001 This order had 2 RMA's.  I will have Quality Review as I am showing the following: RMA 1923330003 for $163.00-  According to records we show in the RMA we received back $30.50 in items.  -  A store credit has been applied to your account for $28.90 for this RMA so far.    -  A paypal refund has been provided for $1.60 on October 25th.  -  The $28.90 + $1.60 accounts for the $30.50 we show we received back.   RMA 1996340001 for $84.00-  According to records we show in the RMA we received back $8.00 in items.  -  A store credit has been applied to your account for $8.00 for this RMA so far.   So at this time, for order number 2409434325-21660001, you have 2 RMA's totaling $247.00.  You have received a total refund so far as follow for this order and the combined 2 RMA's: Store Credit of $36.90PayPal Refund of $1.60 on 10/25PayPay Refund of $50.40, which was completed without all necessary details on 12/07/17.  Total refund received thus far is $88.90 our of the combined RMA totals of $247.00.   Then you have order number 2409434325-21850001, in which you had an RMA of 1996280001 for a credit amount of $314.00.  We show no movement on this tracking, however understand from your message that you send this in another box with a different tracking number.  We will have our Quality Team investigate this as well.   This will take some time, however we will be back in touch with you regarding the details.  Hopefully outlining in this matter helps to keep us both on the same page.   Sincerely,

I found swap.com while searching for maternity clothes for my niece. I admit I had never heard of it before, but I was more than pleasantly surprised once I finally did!! Excellent inventory, wonderful prices, items were sent out the next day with full tracking... Items arrived in a few days and my niece was thrilled with the quality and brands of items!! I would absolutely recommend swap.com to anyone!!!

Hello Vas, In reviewing your account in further detail, I show the following transpired regarding your payouts.  It appears that the store credit payout had been set on your account, and at this time, that has been changed to cash payout.  Your payout on 01/16/18 was payout id...

[redacted], and you received a store credit of $66.22.  Your payout on 02/01/18 was payout id [redacted] and you received a store credit of $96.48. This equals a store credit of $162.70, of which $57.20 was utilized to purchase items on order [redacted].  We are unable to remove the store credit from your account, however it does not expire and you may utilize it at any time.  Any future payouts will be paid in cash as I have double checked what setting has been selected on your account.  As long as you do not change that, future payouts will be paid to your [redacted] account.  If you had received a cash payout for these two payouts, the cash payout would have been $130.72 vs $162.70 you received.   Sincerely,

I can't say enough about my experience shopping on Swap.com. I give them an A+! They have great quality clothing at a great price. They offer free shipping codes that you can use. They don't charge any shipping if you have to send the merchandise back. They have excellent customer service! If you are not happy with what you bought then they will refund your money back or give you store credit! It's so easy and convenient shopping with them! Love it!!! :)

I couldn't believe how fast my toddler was outgrowing his clothes, so I decided to try swap.com to save some money on replacing wardrobes every few months. I was worried on how the condition the clothes would be in. I am so happy with the whole experience. From the fast order processing,order tracking and best of all the clothes came individually wrapped, looked and smelled clean. I will continue to buy my sons clothes there.

I am rejecting this response because: Telling me your secretly-opposite-of-the-stated return policy (again) is ridiculous. You aren't listening: You claim that you 100% Guarantee REFUNDS. You make that claim with no asterisks, no caveats. Only after a customer purchases from you and requests the promised refund do you tell them that you DO NOT, in fact, 100% Guarantee refunds as stated on your website and on company paperwork. When they ask for the refund, they are told that you have a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT return policy from the one that you stated in order to LURE clients to buy from you.That's called FRAUD, and I'm coming after you. See you in court. In California.

You should have alerted your existing customers when you changed your terms. You can't expect every customer to read all your terms every time they place an order. Changing your terms without alerting your customers may or may not be legal but I know it is unethical and certainly NOT aligned with best practices. Please refund my remaining credit or at least 75% of it.

I had a fabulous purchasing experience with Swap. All the items I bought were exactly sized and in the condition as was stated on their site. The prices are impossible to beat!
