complaint # [redacted]. We apologize that [redacted] has been experiencing trouble with cable services. He did call on 01/29/2016 and speak to our Retention Specialist. At this time, she offered to expedite [redacted]’s service issue to our Technical Operations Manager so we could resolve this for him. He did decline this escalation. This customer was credited $58.57 for the days the service was out since he notified us on 01/13/2016. We feel like this is an appropriate credit for the time he was without service as his normal monthly bill totals $72.26. No further action will be taken at this time as [redacted] has elected to cancel his services with Zito Media. We consider this matter closed. I am rejecting this response because:  I reported problems again with my service to Zito Media on July 21, 2015. I did speak to a helpful customer service rep who spoke with her supervisor and then sent five emails including one to a lead liaison to try to rectify my situation since this has been an ongoing issue since September 2014. The customer rep also stated that the signal was weak and she could see where it was going in and out.  There were times during our conversation that the rep had trouble hearing me because my phone service was cutting out, she was really trying to help me. She also reported to me that other customer service reps had sent my work order to dispatch but from there it hadn't gone anywhere. this is why she emailed 5 different people to make them all aware of my ongoing problem, hoping this would get something done. I also emailed Zito Media this past weekend and received one response that a tech was working on it. I then emailed them again twice because service was still not correctly working, I still have TV channels that have no signal or interrupted service, my phone and internet still goes off and on. As far as anyone trying to contact me is untrue or maybe they tried when my service was out. I have no phone calls from them, I have caller ID and voicemail nor any emails regarding this situation. I've been told before when I have called to report my services issues work orders had been closed out ,work was complete and service was working when in fact nothing had changed and my services were still not in working order. I started telling them when I would call to report issues that they're reports of completed work orders weren't correct. They also responded back to the Revdex.com complaint about a prompt response, we've been contacting Zito Media since September 2014, it is July 2015. Is 10 months a prompt response time????

[redacted]  Complaint ID: [redacted]     To whom it may concern:   We have contacted Mrs. [redacted] and are allowing her to terminate her 24-month agreement without having to pay any Early Termination Fees. We have contacted our billing department as well to notify them of this agreement.
