I am rejecting this response because:Zito and their customer rep has summarily lied in their response to the Revdex.comThey are the ones refusing to cooperate and provide the service they advertise or are contracted to provide If there is nothing wrong, why are they lying about it?? I talked with a guy named Terry yesterday at ZITOPlease get the recordingTerry said (on the recording) the recording would be provided to the FCCI wasn't even home near the internet to test it as he claims we were doingI was at collegeHe said I refused to help him help me because I would not get a laptop and ethernet cord to test the equipment I am renting from themIt is their equipmentIt is not my job to get their test equipment and make their equipment workI ordered that service from themThat would be like GM telling me to build the car I paid forWhatever they claim to be testing is falseThe modem continues to drop all equipment off the network, it takes roughly - seconds for my websites to respond on any device Some website are just timing out it is so slowThis is suppose to be the package for streaming and anything I try to stream is on a continuous bufferTerry was overly rude, to the point of obnoxiousHe tried to convince me I was to preform these tests as according to some service agreement I have never seen, signed or heard of until he tried to convince me it was my job to be ZITO's techI told him his own tech said the signal was too weak to get the tv advertised and contracted or the speeds advertised and contractedTerry said he had no idea why he would say thatI told Terry because it was the truth and there was a problem that needed to be fixedThis is ridiculous, I want a complete investigation launchedThis is completely against FCC regulation as well as consumer lawThis is theft, harassment, extortion and I am not the only oneTake a look at a *** search for Zito Media Reviews...***Revdex.com: *** *** *** * *** * *** *** * *** ** *** ** * *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ***

This is in response to the Revdex.com complaint # ***We originally dispatched a Service Technician to this area on the week of 02/22/The Service Technician noted that we would need a Maintenance Technician to make the necessary repairs to restore Ms*** *** ***’s cable servicesWe dispatched a Maintenance Technician from Pennsylvania on 02/29/to begin repairs to restore servicesThe Maintenance Technician was able to restore services for Ms*** *** *** on 03/01/The Maintenance Technician did make contact with the customer who was happy that the services were restoredHe advised her that we will continue to work in the area through today (03/02/2016) to clear up any reception issues she may still be experiencing, she understoodWe have credited Ms*** *** *** a full month of cable services due to the trouble she has been experiencing with her servicesThe credit totals $which will cover the bill that is due on 03/10/We will continue to work with Ms*** *** *** to ensure her services are up to standards and she is happy Thank you, Ashley F* Customer Advocate Zito Media

I am rejecting this response because: I do not accept that the problem with Zito Media's cable TV is all in my house. I am still having the same issues with the cable TV as I was when I filed this complaintI have read the response from Kimberly O***I do not agree with what she is saying about all her attempts to contact usI have the voice messages she left savedI also have the emails savedI have contacted her through emails which detailed the problems we are having with the cableI have even asked her what corrections we need to make in our houseShe has NOT, responded by email or by phone to address thatI don't think the problems with the cable are all on my endOne reason, I'm not the only house with these same issuesMy channels do not follow the channel line up for our countyZito Media has this on their websiteI have some channels that change networks every other dayI have channels that be will be on one day and out the next day, the weather channel's picture and sound are off and there are some channels that I'm supposed to get but am not This has been the problem for monthsI have made many phone calls to report this issue and have been told many different things by Zito's customer service as to what the problems are with the cableOur TV issues started when a tower fell downWe had no problems with the cable TV, before then and I've been a customer with Zito Media for years now and had no complaints till all of thisThe tower fell and our cable has been a mess ever since and that is another reason I do not believe the problem lies within my home. What I am asking for is not unreasonableI want the problem fixed This issue is not closed,

experienced while initiating services with Zito Media. During the sales process, Zito Media does not advise customers that we will be cancelling their previous provider on their behalf. This is something that would need to be completed by the customer. We value our customers and understand that it is a confusing process changing providers. As such, we had issued a credit of $30.00 to this customers account on October 25th. Unfortunately, we are unable to credit any additional charges to the customer’s account. Zito Media has provided services per our agreement. Mr. [redacted] had entered into a 6*month promotion with Zito Media on 4/15/16. This promotion will provide customers with a discounted rate for 6 months and is not a contractual agreement meaning that the customers can cancel services at any time. We do offer a contract promotion which will provide customers with a fixed rate for 24 months.  This contract is subject to a credit approval through a soft credit check and unfortunately Mr. [redacted] did not qualify for this agreement and was set up with a 6-month promotion.  We find this matter closed. [redacted]. We are very sorry that [redacted] had moved out of our serviceable area during her 2-year contact with Zito Media. We did notify [redacted] of the Early Termination Fees when she had discussed moving to her new location.[redacted] did enter in a 2-year contract with Zito Media. This was a contract that was signed at the time of installation. The contract states: “I/We acknowledge that accepting delivery of Zito Media services indicates agreement to be bound by Zito Media’s Terms of Use, which can be found in its entirety at www.zitomedia.com. Further, by selecting to receive the special 2yr Agreement Discount listed above, I/we are agreeing to maintain our subscription to those services for 24 consecutive months. Early cancellation of services provided under the 2yr Service Agreement Discount will result in a fee of $20 per month for each of the remaining months.  The 2yr Service Agreement term and penalty shall be enforceable not withstanding any contradictory language in the Terms of Use.”We feel that we notified [redacted] of her contract on multiple occasions since setting up services thus we feel that the early termination fees will apply.
