Revdex.com:The last technition was very helpful and spent alot of time troublshooting the problem He reported it to maintenance and the repairs were completed the following day The cable has worked since the repairs were made

*** *** has not received his refund as of yetWe have verified with our billing department that the check has been printed and will be mailed out this weekWe have spoken with the Technical Operations manager regarding the “box” in their yard as well as set up a service call on 9/16/for a technician to check into the possibility of removing this boxThis should not be a problem unless this is not our equipment or if it would affect other customers in the areaWe look forward to the technician providing more information as to the removal of this piece of equipment. complaint ID: ***We apologize to hear of the damage that was caused to the customer’s equipmentWe will have a technician scheduled 05/04/between 3pm and 5pm to confirm that our cable is groundedAfter reviewing the account, we do see that this customer is only subscribed to our Internet services which means that any additional cabling to Zito Media should not be connected to the televisions and because this customer does not subscribe to our phone services, there would no damage to the customer’s phoneIf the customer does have any cabling hooked up to their televisions then it would be up to their television provider to address this furtherIn this instance, it would be best to have a claim completed through the customer’s home owner’s or renter’s insurance as it appears that this damage is not directly caused by Zito MediaShould this customer have any additional questions, he can reach us anytime at *** Sincerely, Ashley F*
