I am rejecting this response because:Hey Kimberly, We talked yesterday morning and you said you was going to get in contact with a maintenance manager in my area regarding the digital cable boxWhen Keith (area tech) came out he said he didn't have one and they were not offered in my areaThey came by yesterday night and had been working on the signal levelsThe internet is doing very good and they also fixed the reception on some of the analog stationsSome analog stations are still a little fuzzy but watchable for the most partHowever, the digital stations that come through the *** to the ***, as you know, are still having issues at the head end that needs to be resolvedFrom what Keith told me it is unknown when it will be fixedWhich is what I needed to know to decide on what to do with the ***Below, I listed the channels out that are completely unwatchable for future reference.If I can get a digital cable box that will provide us with digital quality stations I will take it; but like I said Keith said he never heard of it so at the time I told him I would stick with the *** until I figured out if I wanted to return the *** or keep it and wait for the channels to be fixed so he said he would cancel the work order.I will call today (9/4/2015) sometime and we can explain this furtherBut if there is a digital box I do want it.6,10,11,13,16,18,22,24,25,26,28,29, , 31, 32, 33, 34, 39, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 48, 49, 98, 99Thanks,*** ***###-###-####

apologize about the confusion regarding the contract and month promotional ratesWhen the customer added internet services, they were placed on a 6-month promotionWe do offer contract rates as well but this was not chosen at the time of installThe contract rate is normally provided to new customers only but we sometimes make exceptionsWe advised the customer on 2/23/that they must upgrade services to be locked into another promotional rate, the 2-year contractThis is normally not provided to current customers but due to the confusion and misinformation the customer received, we decided to make an exceptionThe customer decided to go ahead and upgrade their internet services and be locked into a 2-year agreementWe find this matter resolvedShould any additional questions come up, our customer service can be reached at ###-###-####Sincerely, Amber N*** Customer Advocate Zito Media
