My year old mother's kitchen light stopped working so she called Christian Brothers Upon their arrival they told her the fixture could cause a fire (scare tactic!!!) Christian Brothers bought very cheap ceiling mount lights (3) and a cheap ceiling fan They replaced existing fixtures and charged her triple ($(but they gave her a $discount!!!) what they should have to complete the job This was a simple job which should have taken under hours and the cost of materials under $retail They have taken full advantage of my elderly mother I made a phone call to them and was told there is not anything I can do about it and Joy hung up on me In addition, I own the home - not my mother

We were very pleased with the work performed by Michael M [redacted] , the Service Tech for Christian Brothers Plumbing Heating and Air ConditioningMr M [redacted] was polite, profession and knowledgeableThe pricing by Christian Brothers was a little steep, but we were given a quote, prior to the service being performed and they did do great work

A gentleman arrived with his young son, both in uniform (white shirts and badges etc.) it was $to walk over the front door step (OK a while ago now!) My toilet handle had broken and the faucet near the floor would not turn to close off water He said $580, yes five hundred and eighty dollars for just these SMALL repairs, $!!!! I didn't want the son to hear what I was going to say, so I motioned the man aside and told him his charges were ASININE and to get out of my house I live in a senior retirement town and it is disgusting these companies can come in and scam seniors like this I wrote to the local paper to warn others, but I was not allowed to mention their name, so I just told of the problem, the cost and said "Not very christian of these brothers"

This was a simple job which should have taken under 2 hours and the cost of materials under $200 retail. They have taken full advantage of my elderly mother. I made a phone call to them and was told there is not anything I can do about it and Joy hung up on me. In addition, I own the home - not my mother.

I had a problem with the waste disposal unit in the sink. Joe P arrived on time and immediately put a mat outside and booties on his shoes. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. In no time he found and fixed the problem and then offered to go through the house to make sure everything else was in order. He then suggested a solution to a problem I was having with hard water and told me how to flush the water heater. I got more than I expected and enjoyed the experience. What more can you ask for? I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Glenn provided top notch customer service - offered many options and service plans (with out the salesy "push") and was finished working promptly. Will use Christian Brothers again for sure, and would recommend them to others!

This Company was the best A/C, Heating Company that I had dealt with They were helpful & understood our issue I tried other companies & they never returned calls to me Shane the A/C Tech fixed our problem right away He explained what was wrong & what he could do to fix it He was very courteous & he knew his job well It was nice to have someone know what they are doing & we appreciate this very much I would highly recommend Shane & Christian Brothers Company Shane went over & above to assist us & he did a good job!!!

This company charges $to walk through a house to give an estimate on replacing smoke detectors They do not examine the detectors or the system at all A quote could easily be done over the phone I was warned that there would be a service fee, but I was not aware that no service would be provided Paying someone to walk through my house to receive a high quote is a rip off I was able to call other companies and get a quote over the phone

On Sunday August 20, 2017, my A/C motor stopped running. I contacted Christian Brothers A/C to make an appointment for someone to come to my home and let me know what the issues were with the A/C and hopefully get it working. On August 21, 2017, the Tech came out and diagnosed the problem and advised me that I needed a new Compressor Fan Motor. He gave me several options to resolve the problem (i.e., repair the A/C with original [redacted] parts, replace the entire system or repair with Non OEM parts. which are parts that are not [redacted] parts, but would work. So, due to the high cost, I opted for the lesser amount and chose the latter option. The repairs would cost me $3042.00 which was subsequently reduced to $2857.00 due to a coupon, diagnostic fees and Member Discount Fee?. It even appears that I was charged for a Platinum Protection Plan at the cost of $396.00, that I did not agree to and would have never agreed to, due to problems that I have had with these type of plans in the
