Great work from the crew who installed the new heater and a/c unit

having a/c problems I thought I would call christian brothers based on their website and like the fact that they were christianswhat I did not like is when the ac repair tech came out and gave me a 1800$ quote I opted for a second option and called a reputable company that fixed my problem with the same repairs and parts list for 850$mmmm, something not right here, buyer beware, get a second quoteplease , as for christian brothers , thou shall not use the lords name in vain

On Sunday August 20, 2017, my A/C motor stopped running I contacted Christian Brothers A/C to make an appointment for someone to come to my home and let me know what the issues were with the A/C and hopefully get it working On August 21, 2017, the Tech came out and diagnosed the problem and advised me that I needed a new Compressor Fan Motor He gave me several options to resolve the problem (i.e., repair the A/C with original *** parts, replace the entire system or repair with Non OEM partswhich are parts that are not *** parts, but would work So, due to the high cost, I opted for the lesser amount and chose the latter option The repairs would cost me $which was subsequently reduced to $due to a coupon, diagnostic fees and Member Discount Fee? It even appears that I was charged for a Platinum Protection Plan at the cost of $396.00, that I did not agree to and would have never agreed to, due to problems that I have had with these type of plans in the

Christian Brothers called when they were on their way and was very punctual They gave us a quote on what needed to be done and didn't change it at the last minute The work was does professionally and very quickly Great customer service from Technician Joe P

We have been long-time customers of Christian Brothers and recently purchased a new home We had their electrician Barry Bridge Srcome to our new home and do a maintenance and safety check on the electrical system He also installed 10-year smoke alarms (yes, good for years with NO BATTERY CHANGES yearly!) Barry was very thorough and explained everything to us He installed new breakers and a whole-house surge protector as well as the smoke alarms We really appreciate his courteous manner and his attention to detail He will be our electrician! Christian Brothers has courteous office staff as well who are quick to respond when you need service, and the quick response and good work is why we signed a service contract with them for electrical work

My year old mother's kitchen light stopped working so she called Christian Brothers Upon their arrival they told her the fixture could cause a fire (scare tactic!!!) Christian Brothers bought very cheap ceiling mount lights (3) and a cheap ceiling fan They replaced existing fixtures and charged her triple ($(but they gave her a $discount!!!) what they should have to complete the job This was a simple job which should have taken under hours and the cost of materials under $retail
They have taken full advantage of my elderly mother I made a phone call to them and was told there is not anything I can do about it and Joy hung up on me In addition, I own the home - not my mother

Turned on thermostat to cool a few days ago and also the fan, and nothing happened We called for an emergency visit, and Jon Tshowed up in a very short time He analyzed the whole situation and then gave us the bad news that we had a burnt out heater motor/fan and he said we needed a new heat unit and a new A/C, as well as a new electric panel We are so glad he sat with us and explained four ways to fix it We settled with the 14see Due to our low income level he was able to make a really good deal for us Today he finished installing the electric panel He is very kind and caring, and very professional in his speaking with us about our needs We have found that all the guys have been very nice and understanding We are very happy with Christian Brothers

Prompt same day service Technician was professional, knowledgeable, explained why our power went out, what he was doing to fix it and why our attempt at emergency repair failed No high pressure sales tactics We were billed by the job, not by the time it took to make the repairs

I have been using Christian Brothers for years and would recommend them They installed a complete new HVAC system in my house several years ago and while the installer, who wasn't with them long, did botch the job, Christian Brosfollowed through to make sure it got corrected Kudos to George, their QA Specialist for making sure this happenedI have a service contract with them and if I have an issue, they dispatch someone and there's no additional service call fee They have been honest with me on providing options for my plumbing and A/C systems and never pressure me or try to sell me something I don't need I'm relatively handy and there have been a number of times when their techs have advised me on how to make a repair myself and save hundreds I appreciate the honesty and quality service and also that I see the same techs as much as possible so they are familiar with my home Eric P has been out on the last or calls and provided excellent service
