On 6-14-CBrothers wrote up a contract for $6,less $a management discountThe air conditioning/heating unit was installed on 6-15-17.Ron the main installer was on his head set talking to other people all day I was trying to get information from him it was a wait, wait situation for me I wanted to tell him the unit had a bend in the outside of the unitThey never told me I found it or they would have been long gone and I would have a damaged unitWe had gone from air cond to heat pump as well they replaced the furnace with an *** *** .There was a amp breaker for the furnace Ron replaced that with a 50amp George came out fours later and he replaced the with a amp and also done other checking on the job and later found burnt relayIt was probably caused by wires not tight on or about 7-1-I checked the filteer on that day also and found they had crammed my old filter into the unit which was an improper fit completelyThey are lucky to have George

We responded to an ad to have our air conditioners serviced On May a tech came out and said one of the ACs needed Freon and the tech tried to sell my wife an air conditioner instead He told her that if the AC goes out we just wasted $on Freon She was worried and called me We said no to a new AC That night we noticed the AC was not working after spending $on Freon The AC motor was not going on On May we called the company and told them the AC was not working at all The same tech came out on the 13th and discovered the circuit breaker was tripped but tried to sell me a new AC this time I told him we could not afford a new AC as I was about to have surgery to remove cancer and it was going to cost $5, He advised us to replace the circuit breaker from a amp to a amp We asked him how much it would cost and he said $ He knew we didn't know anything about this so I said okay thinking that my wife would have air while I was in the hospital

I purchased a new system from the company a few years ago and just recently sold my homeThe inspection was done and there were items which were not correct when the installation was doneI called the east valley number and spoke with Yolanda who was extremely polite and helpful, she scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out to address the issuesI was called a little later and was advised the technician was on his way and would be here in about minuetsEric was at my door is less than minuetsI showed him the paperwork and pictures form the inspectorEric went to work and promptly fixed all the issuesHe was very knowledgeable and professional, you can tell he enjoys his job and speaks highly of Christian BrothersI could not have had better customer service from any one elseThank you Christian Brothers for having such great employees who know the true meaning of customer service!

I called Christian Brothers about my water heaterWe've had problems with it (pilot kept shutting off, impossible to get re-lit) over the past 6+ monthsThe dispatcher was kind, they took note of the issues and not even half an hour later, I received a call back that a tech was on the wayI had a tech by the name of Jeff H*** come byHe was very polite, he had literally put down a red rug on top of my front door mat! He put these shoe covers on his feet when I invited him inside (which I loved because I don't even allow myself, kids or husband to walk with shoes on in my house)! He was very thorough and gave me many options to choose from either fixing the problem or replacing itHe even let me call my husband over speaker phone to be in this decision making processWe chose to replace it knowing it was about 14+ years oldJeff took his time and completed the job beautifullyHe had me check his work and explained how the new up to date water heater worked, along with all the new safety updatesIt was the full package, new pipes, new shut off valves, drip pan, installation, haul away, he even put back the shelving we had to move out of the way! We got a complimentary WH flush & checkup in a year & we were added to their member "copper plan" so if we need any work within a year we'll get their member discountsPlus you can't top their year tank and year labor warrantyAlso Jeff was great in answering all my questions before, during and after! Again,Thank you for your hard work in this crazy heat!

Prompt same day service Technician was professional, knowledgeable, explained why our power went out, what he was doing to fix it and why our attempt at emergency repair failed No high pressure sales tactics We were billed by the job, not by the time it took to make the repairs

Christian Brothers A/C and Heating sent Tech Todd Smith to my home to inspect my heat pump for preventive maintenance After the inspection was completed, he brought to my attention what needed to be addressed He was very thorough in explaining their different programs and prices, while not making it feel like a pressured salesWe plan on having some work done in the near future and would recommend the Christian Brothers team

Purchased a protection plan for A/C and heating system in Thought is was a year agreement and found out it was a revolving charge So I contacted Christian Brothers on 6/22/to cancel this contract Spoke to a Sheila and told her what I wanted to do and she said I would have to speak to a Joy, so I was transferred to Joy I explained that I wanted to cancel this service and she asked as to why and I stated to her I wast not happy with the previous services She said okay as of 6/22/it would be cancelled On 7/17/my credit card was charged again I called them and was told I was to early for the office I called back and asked to speak to Joy and was told she was in a meeting At that time the person on the phone said to cancel a service it had to be done by email, I proceeded to tell them that was not what I was told in JuneThen had my husband call back in the afternoon and he was told Joy was in a meeting Asked what time does the office close, was tol

Called in the morning AC unit not working and they were out the same day Unfortunately we needed a new unit They were able to get it and install it the same day in degree heat working until 7pmShay G*** and Tom did a great job They were friendly and professional and did not seem bothered by the extreme heat Thank you Christian Brothers We have used your service and will continue to in the future We have also used them for plumbing and they were amazing

A tremendous experience from the first call in to the receptionist to the dispatcher to the technician, BarryWanted a ceiling fan installed and made the appointment late on a Thursday afternoon and the fan was installed the next dayVery professional service from start to finishNo hidden surprisesHighly recommend
