Christian Brothers is a great company to do business withThey installed our new HVAC system & their followup service has been awesome!

This Company was the best A/C, Heating Company that I had dealt with They were helpful & understood our issue I tried other companies & they never returned calls to me
Shane the A/C Tech fixed our problem right away He explained what was wrong & what he could do to fix it He was very courteous & he knew his job well It was nice to have someone know what they are doing & we appreciate this very much I would highly recommend Shane & Christian Brothers Company Shane went over & above to assist us & he did a good job!!!

Had Christian Bros do some plumbing work for me on 4/10/Involved connecting water lines to a hot water heater already in place (replacement for heater I had already removed) Work was satisfactory and took about 2& 1/hours Charge was $which I feel was outrageous Would never consider using company again

I called Christian Brothers about my water heaterWe've had problems with it (pilot kept shutting off, impossible to get re-lit) over the past 6+ monthsThe dispatcher was kind, they took note of the issues and not even half an hour later, I received a call back that a tech was on the wayI had a tech by the name of Jeff H*** come byHe was very polite, he had literally put down a red rug on top of my front door mat! He put these shoe covers on his feet when I invited him inside (which I loved because I don't even allow myself, kids or husband to walk with shoes on in my house)! He was very thorough and gave me many options to choose from either fixing the problem or replacing itHe even let me call my husband over speaker phone to be in this decision making processWe chose to replace it knowing it was about 14+ years oldJeff took his time and completed the job beautifullyHe had me check his work and explained how the new up to date water heater worked, along with all the new safety updatesIt was the full package, new pipes, new shut off valves, drip pan, installation, haul away, he even put back the shelving we had to move out of the way! We got a complimentary WH flush & checkup in a year & we were added to their member "copper plan" so if we need any work within a year we'll get their member discountsPlus you can't top their year tank and year labor warrantyAlso Jeff was great in answering all my questions before, during and after! having a/c problems I thought I would call christian brothers based on their website and like the fact that they were christianswhat I did not like is when the ac repair tech came out and gave me a 1800$ quote I opted for a second option and called a reputable company that fixed my problem with the same repairs and parts list for 850$mmmm, something not right here, buyer beware, get a second quoteplease , as for christian brothers , thou shall not use the lords name in vain

This company came to us very highly recommended and we met with their top service manager, Mike E*** and then with a service/sales person, Jon Temper and between the of them we were convinced that we were making the correct decision to replace both of our units for top of the line Carrier unitsWe ran into a bump during install when both units were placed on our roof with wrong modelsI didn't pick up on it until the crane had left and called it to the attention of CBThey immediately ceased everything and within hours had the correct units delivered and the crane back and they stayed until 10:that evening completing the installEveryone is capable of making an error but it is how they deal with it and correct it that defines the culture of that company and CB passed with flying colorsThey also cleaned our ducts the next day and all personnel involved were outstandingInstall was ramrodded by Ron M***very dedicated, knowledgeablehis asst was Donny W*** who also did yeoman workDuct cleaning was done by a young man, Aspen S*** and assisted by EricVery clean job and well doneGeorge Banks came in at the end and tied everything up with his spot on assessments of the issues of wiring the new Wi Fi thermostats and his final quality controlOver all AWESOME job and we highly recommend them for anyone looking to upgrade their AC'sThis also showed us how they will be in the future to deal with as we go forward with the maintenanceThank You !
