Christian Brothers is expensive! Last January I paid dearly for a leaky outdoor hose bib and the installation of a bathtub faucetIt might be acceptable if the hose bib did not have to be repaired five months later for the same reasonThe bathroom faucet (I paid $for it at Lowe's) installed by Christian Brothers was scratched on both top and bottom
This week another representative from the company came out to check the damage and he, too, questioned how it could have happenedMeanwhile, he suggested another $8,of work to be doneAbsolutely no, thank you; your company is too expensive for the quality of work that's doneI'm not independently wealthy

Louie V*** was sent to my home to repair my AC He was very considerate and I had a positive experience Although our AC needed to be replaced Louis did everything he could to give us options I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the way of price and efficiencyThanks Louis!

Called their 480-377-number twice before they opened for business on Monday - April after a.mPressed for emergency service and the phone just rang and rangCalling the same number just after 7:am it was answeredStating my two problems - water shut value broke for the toilet and drain stopper for the bath tub needed to be replaced, the lady stated their service tech was out on a call which should last only minutesI would be his next service she told meAt am a male dispatcher calls me and says their service tech is minutes from seeing meAt pm I finally call the phone number above and get the same male dispatcher, who tells me the service tech is on his wayAn hour later at pm he showsThe service tech Joe, tells me I'm his second service call of the day
Once I told him my two problems for the service call, his prices kept going up and downAfter setting on a price, it took him less than minutes to fix both repairs
Will never use this company again, nor will I recommend them to anybody!!!

Overall our experience with Christian Brothers has been positive The technicians have been very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable All of our service needs have been corrected I particularly like that they will call you a half hour prior to their arrival even though you are given a time frame for your appointment

This company came to us very highly recommended and we met with their top service manager, Mike E*** and then with a service/sales person, Jon Temper and between the of them we were convinced that we were making the correct decision to replace both of our units for top of the line Carrier unitsWe ran into a bump during install when both units were placed on our roof with wrong modelsI didn't pick up on it until the crane had left and called it to the attention of CBThey immediately ceased everything and within hours had the correct units delivered and the crane back and they stayed until 10:that evening completing the installEveryone is capable of making an error but it is how they deal with it and correct it that defines the culture of that company and CB passed with flying colorsThey also cleaned our ducts the next day and all personnel involved were outstandingInstall was ramrodded by Ron M***very dedicated, knowledgeablehis asst was Donny W*** who also did yeoman workDuct cleaning was done by a young man, Aspen S*** and assisted by EricVery clean job and well doneGeorge Banks came in at the end and tied everything up with his spot on assessments of the issues of wiring the new Wi Fi thermostats and his final quality controlOver all AWESOME job and we highly recommend them for anyone looking to upgrade their AC'sThis also showed us how they will be in the future to deal with as we go forward with the maintenanceThank You ! I sent an email to Christian Brothers on Sunday and received a call back first thing Monday morning to schedule an appointment The scheduler was very accommodating and was able to schedule a technician for after the same dayBarry Bridge arrived right on time, and he took the time to explain exactly what our electrical problem was and what he would do to repair it He fixed it quickly and made sure I understood and was completely satisfied with his work Barry also asked what other electrical issues we might have and offered an estimate for an unrelated problem while he was here I really appreciate his professionalism and will definitely call Christian Brothers again!
