Mike came out to service my A/C unit today and I must say that I can't remember the last time I received such exceptional customer serviceHe was extremely thorough in checking out both my units including the part in the attic and even took pictures to be able to show me different things that needed attention and explained everything in detailMy unit is years old and very noisyI know it is just a matter of time before it quits on me, but Christian Brothers has kept it running strong this longMike was not pushy at all, but I appreciated his advice and will be replacing my unit with Christian Brothers!

I had a problem with the waste disposal unit in the sinkJoe P arrived on time and immediately put a mat outside and booties on his shoesHe was very friendly, knowledgeable and professionalIn no time he found and fixed the problem and then offered to go through the house to make sure everything else was in orderHe then suggested a solution to a problem I was having with hard water and told me how to flush the water heaterI got more than I expected and enjoyed the experienceWhat more can you ask for? I would not hesitate to recommend him

christian brothers sent Charles Dalmolin to help with my electrical problem he was very considerate, professional and diagnosed the problem and went out of his to get A.P.S.to come out and repair the issue

Called their 480-377-number twice before they opened for business on Monday - April after a.mPressed for emergency service and the phone just rang and rangCalling the same number just after 7:am it was answeredStating my two problems - water shut value broke for the toilet and drain stopper for the bath tub needed to be replaced, the lady stated their service tech was out on a call which should last only minutesI would be his next service she told meAt am a male dispatcher calls me and says their service tech is minutes from seeing meAt pm I finally call the phone number above and get the same male dispatcher, who tells me the service tech is on his wayAn hour later at pm he showsThe service tech Joe, tells me I'm his second service call of the day
Once I told him my two problems for the service call, his prices kept going up and downAfter setting on a price, it took him less than minutes to fix both repairs
Will never use this company again, nor will I recommend them to anybody!!!

In September, I had Christian Brosreplace a main sewer line in my business' parking lot for $21, As part of the repair, Christian Broswas to properly compact the soil after the repair to support new asphalt They use a contractor that the customer pays direct After weeks of not receiving the contractor's quote, I called Ace Asphalt (in business for years) to do the repair for $1, When I asked Christian Brothers to e-mail that the compaction was done correctly, they would only warranty it if their contractor did the repair I finally received his quote for $3,000.00, a difference of $1, The soil is either compacted correctly or not I should have quoted another contractor for the repair I feel their business practices are not ethical and will never use them again

Christian Brothers is expensive! Last January I paid dearly for a leaky outdoor hose bib and the installation of a bathtub faucetIt might be acceptable if the hose bib did not have to be repaired five months later for the same reasonThe bathroom faucet (I paid $for it at Lowe's) installed by Christian Brothers was scratched on both top and bottom
This week another representative from the company came out to check the damage and he, too, questioned how it could have happenedMeanwhile, he suggested another $8,of work to be doneAbsolutely no, thank you; your company is too expensive for the quality of work that's doneI'm not independently wealthy

Chuck W*** and his assistant Jacob, did an excellent job in repairing a water leak in my yardThey were both professional and treated my property with respectThe job was completed at about the time that Chuck estimatedDiscussions with neighbors determined that the cost of the job was reasonableI have recommended Christian Brothers to family and friendsAgain, thank you Chuck

Turned on thermostat to cool a few days ago and also the fan, and nothing happened We called for an emergency visit, and Jon Tshowed up in a very short time He analyzed the whole situation and then gave us the bad news that we had a burnt out heater motor/fan and he said we needed a new heat unit and a new A/C, as well as a new electric panel We are so glad he sat with us and explained four ways to fix it We settled with the 14see Due to our low income level he was able to make a really good deal for us Today he finished installing the electric panel He is very kind and caring, and very professional in his speaking with us about our needs We have found that all the guys have been very nice and understanding We are very happy with Christian Brothers
