Customer has not yet contacted customer service to investigate the issue. In order to start the investigation we need the last 4 digits of the card used, exact date and amount of transactoin.

Customer was sent return label outside of policy as towels were washed. Items will be refunded regardless once arrived to our facility.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Our warehouse has confirmed movement on the tracking from the return label. We have issued a full refund for the order. Depending on your financial institution, funds can take 48 hours up to 7 business days to process. Customer is welcome to keep coupons for future purchase.

Customer has washed items, we do not accept returns for items that have been washed. This has been communicated with an option of some cash refund, and a gift certificate to our website, without having to return the items. Currently waiting to hear from customer.

reviewed appear below.The item I ordered was never delivered.  They bait and switched me twice.  Sending me a women's pair of sunglasses, not the [redacted] blue lens aviator I ordered.  Instead of fulfilling the order Tanga abruptly and without warning refunded my money instead of granting me the item I ordered and without any explanation whatsoever.  I did not ask for a refund nor did I ask for them to send me the wrong merchandise.  I offered to return the item but still want the item I originally ordered.

They have never let me down and have delivered on every promise

Order took 23 days to arrive. Terrible customer service and shipping times. First and very last order I place with Tanga.

I have made 2 orders so far with Tanga. The process has been smooth from navigating the site, placing the order, and receiving items quickly (and in good shape).

Received my full order quickly:-) will definitely do business again with Tanga.

Hi there - I'm so sorry about that!  Go ahead and refused delivery.  We will issue a refund once it's turned around!

I placed an order with Tanga for a computer and got an email confirmation. Hours later I got an email saying that my order was cancelled. No explanation was given. The instructions for contacting customer service were to send them a text before 4:00 PM. The email they sent was conveniently sent at 4:22 so I would have to wait till the next day to contact. They responded to my text after several hours and said that the transaction was flagged as fraudulent. I re-placed the order, same thing happened. Tanga said check my billing address. I checked with my bank again and noticed a slight variation in the way the unit # of my address is listed with my bank. No other online retailer has ever had a problem processing my orders because of this, but I assumed it must be the problem. I corrected the problem and placed the order for the 3rd time. This time, my card was once again charged immediately, but I received no confirmation of the order. Went into my account on the Tanga site- nothing in my order history. Sent text- no response. Got their phone # from Revdex.com, no live person. I emailed them this question : "My card was charged at 11:01 am. I have not received an order confirmation, and you guys sent me an email at 11:21 am saying I still have items in my cart.... Was the order processed?". Their response was "I don't have any processing orders for you." They didn?t say anything about why they charged me for an order that wasn?t processed, or offer to refund my money. I demanded a refund, and they did not respond. I had to call my bank and dispute the charges to get my money back.

This is the worst customer service I?ve ever dealt with. There?s no excuse for not having an actual person to talk to or being able to respond to an email. Other Tanga shoppers have told me that they cancel orders because they don?t actually have the items that they advertise. Which means they are charging for items they never intended to ship.
