Excellent company! I sent a message about a defective product that I received. Within minutes a refund had been credited to my account, no questions asked. The initial order was shipped promptly and I received clear tracking information along the way. I will be a Tanga customer for life. Great value and even better service.

My experience with Tanga has been very good. They have always been able to get my merchandise to me in a timely manner, order correctly filled, goods as advertised.

Even though this is past our warranty period, I've reached out to the vendor and will send a prepaid return label to you for this item.  Once it's returned, we will issue a refund.

Tanga has a great customer service, if there is an issue with your order for any reason and you need a refund or any issue solved they will respond to your request promptly.

I tried cancelling an order I made by mistake and was given the run-around by Tanga's customer service representative, Jacob. After each email I sent requesting a resolution to the issue, he had a new excuse each time why Tanga would be unable to help with the problem. First, I asked that the order simply be cancelled. Jacob claimed they could not do that (despite the fact that the item had not even been packaged to ship yet!). Ok, then at least provide me with a pre-paid mailing label since I am cancelling the order BEFORE it has shipped. Nope. Turns out (after a series of several emails back and forth and a very slow response time from Jacob) that the items I ordered are being shipped by a 3rd party and Tanga is not responsible for return requests.

Jacob claimed that there is little he can do for me. Really? Here is a direct quote from Tanga's customer support page:

"If you ever have problems with your order, we'll do everything we can to make it right."

Straight. Up. Lie.

I will not be shopping here again. There are plenty of deal sites to choose from and this was an awful shopping experience.

Just wanted to add my 2 cents....I have been shopping with Tanga for quite some time now....everything is just as represented and delivered in a very timely manner....recently had a Customer Service issue for the first time and they (Aaron) jumped thru themselves to take the best care of me ever! They are great people and deserve all the blessings life has to answer!
