I have made several purchases from Tanga.com and have been pleased with both the time of shipping and the merchandise. I have only received one item that didn't meet my expectations, and they credited me back the cost of that item.

I have found Tanga to be an excellent site for my computer shopping.

I am surprised that it is not accredited by the Revdex.com.

Have recently found Tanga as an online merchant and have purchased a couple items from them. They've been impressive so far, orders arrive on time and well packaged. Shipping has been free (nice). My last purchase will stay in a box until Christmas, so can't judge the quality, but I'll check back later to confirm or be very very sad.

I've had exceptional service from Tanga.

I have bought two items that one does not work and they have promise they are going to call me back and two weeks and still nobody has not called me. I have gotten in touch with my credit card to dispute the charges. We will see!!!!

Ordered 2 heavy hooded sweatshirts from Tanga.com which included free shipping. The packages arrived very quickly (3 days). USPS delivered the packages (2) with postage due of $17.20. I refused the packages expecting to see a delivery later with the post aged corrected or a refund of the purchase of my initial order. Still waiting, it has been only 1 day, so I will give it a couple of weeks to get resolved, otherwise I will be contacting my attorney for advise.

Returned 2 items. Tanga issued the return shipping labels. Tanga return policy states they will refund within 5 days after receiving RMA. I waited over 3 weeks and I had to contact Tanga to which Tanga requested the shipping tracking numbers. Pretty stupid since Tanga issued the shipping labels! Finally got notice today that the refund has been submitted, only after I supplied Tanga with their very own information. I wonder how many people have to ask for money back? Equates to stealing our money!!!

I placed a few orders with Tanga without any problems. The wait was a little longer than usual but worth it. However, my last two orders were a nightmare. The money is taken out of my bank account immediately. Then, I'm asked to give a different address because mine is not recognized by the usps. I receive mail at my address every day!! So after my last 2 orders I had to ask for my money to be refunded after 4-6 weeks because I never received order.

I'm a long-time Tanga customer. They offer great products, at great prices. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong (this is rare in my experience), they will make it right. Why? Because they listen and respect their customers. I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank You Tanga!

In general I like the products and the reasonable prices. I ordered an Amythist ring that was too small and never got that issue resolved.

The order I placed we back in a few days , the correct sizes and very good quality ,for the price , we are very pleased with Tanger.

So far everything I have ordered has been great. No problems.
