I placed an order for coffee on Sunday night and received a shipping notice on Monday and the product arrived on Tuesday. Great service! And the coffee was great!

Unfortunately, this is just a misunderstanding.  We obviously can't give items away at $0.  We offer a lot of items that are $0 with some kind of shipping charge.  We can't ship free items.

Mr [redacted] was refunded for the returned iPhone on May 28th and I just refunded the ring.If he is willing to give the last 4 digits and expiration date of the credit card, I can get a statement from our payment system to prove he was refunded.  Also, all of his emails to our support desk...

were answered within 3 days.

A full refund was issued on December 13, 2013 to the customer.

I have placed numerous orders with tanga and always received prompt shipping, fair and accurate description of the product and never any problem

I have spoken with [redacted] on the phone about the orders. They were found and rejected before even shipping. Alerted customer that he immediately close his account with his bank. Order did not ever fully process on our end and was caught by our fraud system.

Products were delivered on time and In good condition! The more you order the better the discounts!

Like the prices. Being on a fixed income, I still can enjoy some of the good things in life.

Tanga is a great resource for home delivery shopping. If I ever have a problem with an item, I just send it back for a refund.
