Review: I received a defective computer it was unable to connect to wifi. I was instructed to return the item for my refund to be issued. I returned the item [redacted] with tracking & confirmation. Tanga has received the item, it was signed for by an [redacted] according to [redacted] on 3/12. I have emailed & called Tanga customer service numerous times all I have been given is the run around.Desired Settlement: I would a refund of the purchase price of $799.99

Review: On November 28th I ordered a Big Boss Oil-less Fryer from Tanga.com for Christmas. The estimated delivery date was between December 8th - 18th, when the order was purchased it said please allow for a 5 to 10 business days for order to be process. Which is plenty of time before Christmas, It's now December 19th and the order continues to say processing. I've sent them two emails earlier this week one to find out where my stuff was and the second for a refund and got not replies. I called the support number and got an answering service to say leave your email and still no reply.Desired Settlement: deliver my package before Christmas or completely refund my order. Thank you
