I've placed dozens of uneventful orders from Tanga and loved the merchandise and service. In the real world, however, things don't always go smoothly. The integrity of a company can only be proven when the road gets bumpy. I recently ordered merchandise that did not live up to my expectations, but Tanga's response did. I will always be a customer because I know they will make things right.

The comforter wasn't as thick as it presented in the ad to me. I would have really been disappointed had I paid the original price for this product. But I was truly amazed at the delivery time, I received my order with 72 hrs. of purchase. Excellent.

Please issue full refund as I have clearly stated. I already picked a ladder from a local hardware store. I believe no one will spend over a month waiting on the arrival of a ladder and getting project significantly delayed. There is no need to send a replacement to us if vendor has not. If the replacement has already been shipped, I will reject the package to the sender.

Orders shoes from an add on Facebook. The shoes were represented as crocs. For the price they seemed to be a good deal so I ordered 4 pairs. When they arrived they were a knock off of some brand I never heard of. I contacted the company for a refund and was told

I can return them but with a 15% restocking fee!! What? Don't order from this business they are a rip off

I made a purchase from Tanga about two weeks ago. The item only cost about $7.00. I received an item, but it was the wrong one. I contacted their support expecting not to hear back from them for a while, but they responded THAT DAY! Unheard of! The support person, Aaron was very kind and seemed genuinely sorry for the mistake. I had already decided to give the item to my daughter and not fool with the hassle of a return, so you can imagine my surprise when I received another email telling me they were going to credit my account! They are still small enough of a company to care about their customers--even lowly $7.00 ones! As a result, I am giving them another shot and am ordering several items from them this week. I am confident that if there is a problem, they will work with me to resolve it.

This is a great company for shopping online they always send you a confirmation order when you place your order and a tracking number for when you will receive your order since I have been using tanga everything I order was correct and the best part is most items are shipped free and the prices are the cheapest I have ever seen this is a great company I recommend them to everyone a five star company I have saved so much money you can two

Since the order is almost 60 days old, we can not take it back for a refund at this time.

I was unable to open the file that supposedly shows the void on their part. Still the money isn't put back into my account anfbthe business has not contacted me directly, they're avoiding this and I just want my money back. I need it to go buy an [redacted] elsewhere

Ordering was easy. Prices great. One of the items came almost immediately. Not cheap stuff. The real thing, I have shopped with them before and will do so again. With pleasure!
