As a good will gesture the Apple Valley Store Leadership offered a $20 discount to the weekly circular ad pricing (December 3, 2017 – December 10, 2017) of Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS) starting at $329.99 or Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS & Cellular) starting at $399.99.   Target empowers Store Leadership to handling pricing disputes and I’m sorry for any disappointment with your experience.   Sincerely,   Nancy The Target team www.target.com

I feel it is a tactic as well as keeping me on hold for long periods. "Amy Supervisor" acted very unconcerned about the issue and unconcerned that Inhad this issue before and would be filing with the Revdex.com. What does this say about how much the employees care about this company or customers?I won't be shopping online again.

Thanks for contacting Target on behalf of our guest [redacted].I’m sorry to hear that [redacted] received the Skylanders Imaginators Starter Pack (Xbox One) with missing figures. I show that [redacted] contacted us via chat on 10/18/2016 and a team member sent her an eGiftCard of $20, $15.00...

was for the missing figures value and the $5.00 was for the inconvenience she experienced with this situation. [redacted] then called us on the same day by phone and had spoken with another team member who created a return for her to return the item to the store. This team member noted that he processed a refund but didn’t clearly note that our guest could keep the item. When an item is set up to be returned to the store, this requires our guests to return the products to the store for a refund. This was the reason why our team members weren’t able to verify that [redacted] didn’t need to return the item when she called back on 10/26/2016.For the confusion this has caused, I’ve went ahead and processed a refund of $80.24 for her order as an exception with no return is needed. [redacted] should receive $9.19 back to her American Express Card within 7-10 business days and $71.05 in a form of a Target eGiftCard to her email address on the order within 4-24 hours.As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guests. policy on Target.com under the question “How will I be refunded for my return?” where it states, "If you made a purchase using PayPal, a refund will be issued in the form of cash if returned to a store, or in the form of an electronic Target GiftCard if returned by mail.”   In addition to the information being listed in our return policy, every cart with PayPal elected as payment is linked to the PayPal return policy with a hyperlink titled, “How do returns work if I pay with PayPal?” Clicking the link brings up a popup window during checkout which states “Since we can't credit your PayPal account, a refund will be issued in the form of a Target GiftCard if returned by mail. A refund will be issued in the form of cash if returned to store.”   Although I’m unable to offer Ms. [redacted] a PayPal refund for this situation, I’m happy to say she will be receiving an additional GiftCard to her email address for the amount of $22.48. Our Target Mobile Kiosks are operated by a third party. While our ad shows the AT& T logo, the details state that the iPhones are subject to carrier terms and conditions. At &T determines what plan(s) are offered. The 64 GB version is showing in our ad for guests who may be interested in that version that this model is available and on sale.

When she placed her order it was submitted for the Our Generation Deluxe Retro Outfit "Gotta Bowl". I understand that she was looking to purchase the Our Generation Deluxe Retro Classic Chic Outfits which showed that it had four outfits for $16.99+tax.
I called the Beaumont Target store and spoke to the guest service desk to get a better understanding of what happened.
The Our Generation Retro Outfits come in an assortment pack, each outfit is sold separately, so when her package was sent to the store only one of the four outfits was shipped. I've looked on several sites, including Our Generation, to see if the four outfits are even sold as a set and they are not.
When she tried to pick up her package the system was trying to apply the charge for all four outfits within the assortment pack and not the one which she had paid for. So the team member would have needed to cancel her order and then ring her out at the register if she had wanted to purchase the outfit set.
Since she didn't want the item the team member cancelled the order but chose the wrong reason. The "Recall Cancel" option is right below "Out of Stock" reason for cancellation. The reason for cancellation is recorded on the order so that's the only information that our team members are able to see when she called.
I realize this hasn't been the best experience for our guest so I've requested a Target GiftCard to invite her back for a better one.

Actually all four outfits was shipped and the srore refused to honor the price that I purchased them for. I don't belive a $10 gift card is acceptable. I would like to pick up my order which should still be located at the store or have a gift card in the amount of $59.51 which is the price difference for the four outfits total that was originally purchased

I'm very sorry that the store refused to honor the price. In our system it shows that she was only being charged for the one outfit which was the "Gotta Bowl".
Target won't be issuing any further GiftCards for this situation. At this time I have no further options for the guest and Target considers this matter closed. I am rejecting this response because:  The store manager even acknowledges that the employee told us that this would be honored - yet there is no accountability.  I have been told at least 10 times that we would receive a call back, and not a single person has called back.  Nancy from Target's corporate office mentioned nothing of any corrective action of the miscommunication, false promises or lack of response when it was promised.  This leads me to believe it is a behavior that Target encourages and condones.  I have never been treated so poorly by a business before.

Thanks for contacting us on behalf of our guest [redacted] and his concern about not being refunded for his Target.com purchase due to a billing issue.I cannot express how sorry I am that his order had an extremely rare billing error occur wherein his credit card was charged for the entire order...

amount without first billing to his Target GiftCards.  I've worked with several of our specialized team members who have in turn worked with his credit card company to resolve this for him.  The guest filed this issue as a fraud claim with his credit card company rather than as a billing dispute.  Because this charge does not constitute fraud, but rather a billing error, the credit card company has denied the fraud claim and reversed the credit they had initially provided.  The refunds that Target had sent to his credit card company were also reversed.I've been assured that the fraud declaration has now been removed from the claim and the credit card company has refunded his account for the billing dispute as follows:  $17.98, $245.03, $19.41, $50, $51.39 which totals $383.81.  They have retracted one of the refunds in the amount of $269.40, so the guest is still owed a refund of $218.01.  The refund of $218.01 was submitted by Target on 01/17/2017, so he should see this credit within 5-7 business days.  As long as this claim remains a dispute and is not changed to a claim of fraud, there shouldn’t be any additional issues with the guest receiving their refund.I spoke with [redacted] today about the above information and advised that he will need to look for the individual refunds as noted and not one lump sum refund of the $601.82.  I know that my apologies cannot change the experience he has had, but I've sent him a $50 electronic GiftCard in hopes of inviting him back for a better one.As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guests. I am rejecting this response because:my complaint also includes Market Source who provides mobile phones for Target.  Nick from Market Source did contact me on Targets behalf only to offer me a $25 gift card.  No explanation as to why he hadn't contacted me about finding me a phone as he had assured me he would.  The day I was standing at Target with a phone in stock and I text him twice, and left him two voice mail messages to return my call with no replies.  He never contacted me until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and then only to offer a gift card, no explanation, no apoligies!  Same with Allyn the district manager.  Assures me he will look for a phone.  Phones in stock all over the Twin Cities, won't ship one to this store.  I suggest Target needs to take a look at who they employ and do their business with.  I have always been a Taget customer, and a very satisfied customer until this chain of events.  Between the two of them no one wants to take reponsibility for what is happening here.  I want an apology from them for the way I have been lied to, ignored, and treated like both of these district and regional managers could give a crap less about their customers.  One would think a company would want better customer service from management.  Again, I don't want  to do any further business with Target mobile and I will most certainly be spreading the word about my experience at the Target store and mobile counter.  I would also like a formal complaint on file with Revdex.com about Market Source and Target mobile services.  Thanks
