Bank,This account should not appear on my report due to it being a fraudulent account. I did not open this credit card account and I went ahead to provide my ID, in which case you will see that the signatures are not the same. I do not have any accounts with TD Bank.
This request to have this account removed is protected by my consumer rights mandated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Please add your rejection comments below. I'll accept the refund of $100 dollars and close the case. However the $100 overdraft refund doesn't appear to be showing up in my account yet. The only refund I see it the $70 from the original call to the call center. Once the refund occurs I'll log in and accept the the case as "Resolved".

look at the attached document and note the highlighted fields, you can see where the overdraft was charged twice for the same transaction.that is a deceitful and, I believe, illegal practice.

attachments to this on-line letter. No proof has been provided that TD bank notified me of a change in the requirements of the TD 50Plus checking.  In fact, such a product no longer exists as per TD bank website. The new TD Plus 60 checking product has a $250 minimum balance, but I do not qualify as I am not yet 60. Please explain why my account was not comverted to a TD Convenience Account requiring a $100 balance.  I was never notified of a change to my account increasing minimum balance requirement from $100 to $250. My April 26, 2013-May 25, 2013 statement, showing a $100 balance,  just says that no statement will be mailed to me until some activity resumes on my account.  Nowhere does it state that, shortly, there will not be a penny left in the account.  Therefore, when exactly was this alleged change instituted in my account?   When did the monthly fee deduction commence and end?  What was the monthly fee amount imposed? I never used the checks. I was sold this product as a free way to use the Penny arcade; but after using the Penny arcade only a couple of times, it  has turned out to be the most expensive coin- cashing service in existence.  Finally, please confirm that the account is both (a) closed and (b) not in collections.
