Although
much progress has been made, there are still some remaining issues at this time: 1) The interest YTD is still not properly shown online; 2) The mortgage amount due for March is showing $higher than normal; 3) I have received verbal confirmation but have not yet seen a statement from my escrow account, showing me that the proper reserve amount has been paid.I have been working closely with GaryHe has been working very hard to fix my problemsMost of them are now fixed, with the exception of the above mentioned itemsI would not like this case closed yet

I still
am not fully convinced that it indeed is me *** *** *** that had those late payments, considering I never missed a single payment and it was also electronically withdrawn from my account every month, their would be no reason it could ever miss a payment unless it was your system that did not withdraw it.That being said anyways the credit agencies state that after seven years after closing an account that the account be removed from all three credit bureau reports.If this is not understandable then I will be taking this to a legal standpoint.I am requesting one last time that the account be removed from my credit bureau statement and or missed payments be removed

I had to block my phone from getting ALL calls except for a designated fewOnce I saw the “response” I wanted to get evidence so I opened my phone to calls againNow I have their recorded message stating that it is TD bankI am in the process of converting this to a file I can upload in a response

Store manager *** *** spoke with Mr*** on February 16th to resolve this issue. *** refunded $99.00 and has sent out a formal letter regarding this resolutionThe customer is satisfied with this response

The bank has not addressed my concerns,
or specifications of anything that I have addressed. I also advised of a secondary contact number which is my employer to which the bank did not use. Unfortunately my cell phone was broken and I had to wait for a replacement. I was not able to retrieve my calls or messages during that time. I just received my cellphone back today. I reject their response because it is a generic letter that does not speak to how they practice their business, gave away my account balance information to another bank for charging and how they would reject a payment one day and accept it the next and assess me double fees for the approval and decline of a payment. They have not truly looked into my account at all they have just sent out a form letter in hopes to resolve the complaint. I want them to truly look at the fairness in their business practices and how my account was assessed over 2k in fees in less than months to which have all been paid, and they can consider the removal of nothing more than $

I was NEVER supplied with the rate that was chosen for me before the account was opened. That is duping. If I had been given a chance to see the interest rate that TD had chosen I would have rejected the account. That is a bait and switch. As far as my credit score, I have cards with much lower interest rates so who knows what convoluted way TD choses to as applicants. No doubt in benefit of themselves.TD's Regional Manager did call and stated she would call back the next day, she did NOT!!!Closing the account is not an option since this WOULD affect my credit report. Be fair and remove it instead of scamming the consumer because you can. UNFAIRF BUSINBESS PRACTICES!!! Shame on you

speak with a representativeThat is not the "Most Convenient" way to bank I am not sure who caused me more distressThe merchant who sold me defective goods or the bank that I had to fight to get the basic consumer rights graciously afforded me by most other financial institutions

[I am not uneducated and I do know how to do math correctly, and let alone I also now know that the treatment of customers as if Invalid on math comes from the top, this issue is something that has bought a class action lawsuit in the pass against TD on this same issue of fee's and processing times not being matched to the available balanceThis issue will be turned over to the civil court for this matter thank you]

excessive and TD Bank is taking full advantage of their customersThey politely offer this overdraft account to help those who may need help and then take advantage by charging overdraft fees every opportunity they get leaving their customers such as myself with no money to pay rent, get food or pay billsRight now I had a little over $for the next weeks thanks to TD and their crazy overdraft chargesThey refuse to credit me any and are in the midst of a class action suit because of itPlease see link below.I need immediate funds deposited back into my accountI am requesting at the very least half of all overdraft fees charged since I've opened this account so that I can pay my rent, bills and get foodI am in a critical position right now and TD is not doing anything to resolve this matter in a manner to which I as a customer am satisfiedI would greatly appreciate Revdex.com's assistance regarding this matterPlease see below links regarding how TD continues to take advantage of their customers and has a class action suit by very disappointed customers.***
