As I've stated over and over again, my online banking did not disclose the fact that my account was negative. I sat with a representative in the bank and compared what I saw to what they saw and there were two different versions of events taking place. The customer software was not disclosing a hold on funds which could have and did in fact cause me t overdraft. I have attached pictures of what I saw. I was manipulated into thinking I had a different balance so TD could profit from excessive overdraft fees. I was never shown the pending transaction and further I had made a deposit that would have covered it before it posted. What if that transaction was canceled and didn't post? Would that have triggered a fee as well? This is a scam.

Manager is in the branch every 2 weeks. Can an employee in a main office; not the branch call me back and provide an email so I am not doing phone tag. I have received ups mailings but can not respond to a letter. Revdex.com:

Please add your rejection comments below. It would be helpful if you would reiterate to the business how ABSOLUTELY FKING STUPID it is to start to resolve a complaint by addressing the complainant as the wrong gender.  I am [redacted], a male, I refer to my wife, [redacted], a female, in the actual complaint.  It's hard to believe they missed that.
