TD Bank...

neglected to pre-warn me before this seizure occurred and give me any time to suffice the matter or properly secure my funds therefore they are in concert with this unorthodox practice of business.  As a customer of TD Bank it was their sole duty, by contractual agreement to protect my bank assets.  They have neglected to do so and it is in that they must be reprimanded.

By their own admission "Your balance at the beginning of the day was $5.58, which excludes your pending transactions", TD recognizes that I was never made aware that my balance had been negative. I check my account balance several times daily in order to spend responsibly and TD is manipulating the customer data in order to excise overdraft fees. This is both deceptive and duplicitous. Many customers rely on their online banking to provide current and factual data. If TD is doing this on more than one occasion they are going to find themselves involved in litigation.
