What TD Bank has offered has no affectAs I informed them, and they have opening admitted to being aware of, my account is days away from being passed the statute of limitation for when they have a legal right to claim on my accountAny attempt to collect on my account after said statute has run may lead to legal action not only federally, but also under Florida State Law of the FCCPANot only can TB Bank not collect, any and all markets made, whether the put the account is settled or not, will be completely removedTheir solution to their intentional harm is something that in no way ,shape, or form makes me whole from their actionsI remind TD Bank that I am the victim in this issue and I have suffered real, provable monetary damage that can only be satisfied though refunding me for what I have lost because of themAlthough they may find they are covered from legal liability under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, they are still liable under state laws such as the FCCPAto name oneI wish to only receive what I lost because of them at this point; nothing elseI pray this company see what they have done and recognized what is fairThis, besides writing to the Board of Directors and the CEO of the TD will be my last effort before legal action is taken.

I stand by my previous position as well and request TD bank reimburse me half of all overdraft charges as I feel their overdraft fees are in excess and take advantage of customers such as Myself who wind up in an endless cylce of payi g overdraft fees in addition to funds TD bank puts out for its customers making it difficult to catch up on bills and upon receipt of direct deposit very low balance every pay period.In addition, TD is currently in the midst of a class action suit for this same reason despite their stance that they are transparent many of their customers who are constantly broke would beg to differ I have previously provided links for the information pertaining to the class action suit against TD bank for its excessive overdraft fees.Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you with hopefully a favorable response as to the outcome of this unfortunate matter.Revdex.com:

to cancel this payment and as the pattern of usage is consistent with your history, at this time no fees will be reimbursed due to this not being a bank error. You are a valued customer, please feel free to reach out if you have additional questions
