I am in the process of attempting to understand what your complaint is in reference to. Was there some type of miscommunication between you and your financial institution regarding your account being frozen?
Did you authorize the Electronic
Check Transaction for Ck#*** in the amount of $23.49. If so, was your bank notified of this, and to let that transaction go through you account since you indicated you had to freeze your account?
If the Electronic Check Transaction regarding ck#***, in the amount of $was not authroized by you, have you completed an affidavit of fraud?
You also indicate "a few days after things had cleared you closed the bank account"? Are you indicating this item cleared your account, and should not have been reported as a returned item? If so, I will gladly speak with your financial institution to confirm this information. However, I will need your assistance as due to Third Party Disclosure Laws, that information will not be provided to me without your consent.
I have obtained the Returned Trace ID# *** for this transaction, and your ACH Department or the Electronic Payments area may be able to assist you in researching the item being returned as account frozen.
Its also my understanding that *** Corporate has addressed their part of this complaint.
You indicated checks were being returned on your new account? Do you mean your check transactions were being declined at merchants that utilize TeleCheck?
At this time your file is at a dispute status, which means you should not receive any type of negative response when presenting checks to merchants that utilize TeleCheck. However, once TRS Recovery Services obtains validation of the debt, the file will then be placed back at negative status. The validation is a request for the copy of the Electronic Check Transaction Reciept, and will be forwarded to you for your review. You will need to review the receipt to determine if the signature on the receipt is yours.
I need a better understanding of what exactly you are requesting along with what avenues I need to take in assisting on resolving your complaint.

I have tried 2x to call back the person/number and have stayed on hold until told to leave a message.My driver's license was not associated with the original issueOn the initial complaint the Telecheck refused to give me a correspondence number such that I could reference the initial compliant.My compliant stands that Telecheck declined my check, written to ***, solely on the basis that Telecheck do not have records and they chose not to validate my credit by other options. I was embarrassed, and defamed in front of the *** representative.I have complained about this practice to ***, Revdex.com, *** ***, ** *** *** and posted to Consumer Complaints web site.For Telecheck, this is a catch I can't write checks with associated merchants because Telecheck do not approve checks since they have not previously approved checks and therefore have no records!For ***, they may simply place a notice "Existing Customers Only".For *** *** their accounts/checks are worthless because of this Telecheck policy
