My husband and I prepaid for lawn care service from Nature Scape in Spring The contract included lawn applications for $plus overseed and aeration for additional $ We paid Nature Scape $on March 7, We have the receipt showing this contract, if needed we can attach to an email Throughout the 2016-application season, Nature Scape provided the lawn applications, and they overseeded our lawn However, they aerated our lawn twice, which we did not authorize At the end of the season, we received a bill from Nature Scape in the amount of $ When I called in early September to ask for an explanation of the bill, Robin, a sales representative, stated it was to pay for the aeration I explained to Robin that we only paid for one aeration because that was what my husband and I wanted for our lawnWe did not authorize Nature Scape to aerate our lawn times in the season Robin reassured me in September that the amount would be deleted and we were n

Paid for annual lawn fertilizer applications, only applications to date The company serviced the wrong address two other times, They were notified and promised that the lawn would be serviced within a few days Didn't happen My lawn looks horrible Several brown patches where the grass is destroyed and weeds invading the lawn! After repeated calls to company, including talking to [redacted] , I cancelled my service I am waiting for a refund!

The Waukegan location performed services of lawn aeration, overseeding, & tree fertilization late fall in October/November and caused damaged to the gate on my fence & window well cover I immediately sent an email with pictures of the damage and subsequent emails to the Waukegan location over a period of almost a month and received no reply whether via email or phone call My next course of action was to send another email and copied a multitude of locations throughout many different states hoping for a reply A few of the locations from other states responded and finally I received a call back from *** [redacted] expressed no remorse for his lack of returning my emails or not a callback but assured me it would be taken care [redacted] came to my house and fixed the gate but not to my satisfaction and did not with the window well cover Once again phone calls and emails and no response after a good amount Finally [redacted] called back and said he come and pickup the window well

The summer of roughly 2016, I contacted Naturescape in Merrillville IN to perform a one-time aeration for my yardThe following summer, I came home from work to see my yard aerated with a billI drove up to the Merrillville office & spoke to a woman about the billShe informed me that they put my home on an annual rotationI explained to her that I did not approve nor had knowledge of this rotation, and asked if anyone tried to contact me prior to the jobShe then went to the back of the office to speak to the “office manager” (which he did not come out to speak to me at all), she returned to the front & told me that “someone will be in contact with me to speak about the bill”A year goes by – and now I am receiving collection letters in the mail for $72.16!!! Is this “getting back to me”?!? Not only do I find this mistreatment egregious but repugnantly unabashed If this is how Naturescape Lawncare conducts business with their clients, not only do I want this charged

I am NOT satisfied with the services performed by NatureScape – Madison, WI I have called them at least times in the last year telling them why I was NOT satisfied I have spoken with Jen, Stephanie, Taylor, and others They offer “Satisfaction Completely Guaranteed” But instead they send it to collections! THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Purchased the Fall Aeration with Over Seeding on 9/26/ Contacted company on 10/regarding when the service would be performed Was told that they only schedule out 1-days in advance When service wasn't performed by 10/29, I sent an email to cancel the service and refund my money Company offer to perform the service by the end of the week Responded back that I wanted to cancel my service and receive a refund Came home on 11/to find that part of the service was performed Invoice clearly states that the service was "Fall Aeration" No over seeding performed Want a total refund of my money, since I cancelled the service

I have various no shows and when they show the lawn is not mowed very well, they do not trim the edges and they leave way too high. When I phoned to question about my scheduled service they never make any adjustments they offer a very sorry, "I'm sorry" They are sorry

Apply to the Eau Claire location. Even though I pay for a weed prevention service, so far I have called this business over 5 times for them to take care of the weed in my lawn. The person who come to do the service does not see or check the status of the lawn. They just spray their poor quality product and leave. They have come so far 2 times to get rid of the weed but, lime I said, the poor quality of products does not make any difference. I would understand if the other lawns around me had some weed invasion or something, but since they do not use this company service, they do not have any issue. I even asked to talk to the manager of the Eau Claire location and explained the problem and my concern of paying for a service that I am not getting (PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE) and all I got was "We will take care of it the next time we are around your neighborhood" This is my 3rd and last year doing business with this company. Last year we had the same exact issues (they had to come 2 extra times to fix the same issue my lawn has now), but the convinced me to give them a try again. They even gave me a discounted rate for this year, but I totally regret it. I hope this message gets to the head of the organization and see if the improve their poor service.

Naturescape in Green Bay Wi repeatedly (after 3 years of complaints) continues to apply lawn chemicals in very windy conditions, causing drift. They claim there is no wind restriction to herbicide application via spray. Today the winds at the time of application were sustained at 23mph (Austin Straubel airport which is a mile away) and gusts recorded at 33.4 mph. You could see the chemical blowing horizontally above the lawn and they were being applied both into and with the wind. I believe that there is a maximum limit of 10mph for herbicide application and that preferred wind speed is 3-7 mph (University of Minnesota website). Please do what you can to address this issue.

Being that my neighbors lawns looked so good and mine needed a little help, I asked my neighbor about his lawn service. He recommended Naturescape. Had nothing but positive things to say. I contacted Naturescape 3 weeks ago and have yet to have my lawn sprayed. Was told within 7 days. Nothing. I called back and was told it would be the beginning of next week...well today is Friday and still nothing! I would hope they would want new customers. Guess not! I will be searching for a new lawn care service this weekend. Hopefully I can get better customer service elsewhere!

Very polite and courteous company they did a excellent job on my lawn! I have over acres of land in a wooded area and they took the time to do it right!

I purchased a package of lawn applications in early spring As of today, four of the five applications have been applied My lawn is almost completely dead except for crabgrass and other weeds with a small portion of grass remaining I had asked them to come out in early September to determine what was going on as that is when the grass started to die out in large portions The technician said they sprayed for weeds and the only thing "wrong" was that I needed to start watering my lawn Very few people on my street water their lawns on a regular basis and no one else has had the issue It was during this last visit that the technician left the gate open for second time causing my dogs to get loose again This was after I added a secondary latch to avoid it happening again The state of the yard combined with the carelessness of technician led me to ending the service I have since had a reputable nursery in town take a look at the yard They are recommending that I kil

After 10+ years of satisfied service, this company has lost my business due to poor customer service I had to call four times to get a follow up treatment for weeds and despite it being scheduled a couple of times, no one ever came out to service I tried talking with managers but never got a satisfactory response/solution They were apologetic but never offered to just come out and do the treatment themselves

We have used Naturescape for Weed control for several years and have had success I have had terrible results, however, when I've tried to hire them for my seasonal mowing Today, I watched as the gentleman mowing went around my Adirondack chairs, didn't mow my entire front yard, and didn't even go to my back yard at all The same thing happened last week Terrible customer service and work ethic I'm so disappointed and have canceled my mowing (2nd summer that I've had to cancel due to poor quality)
