Very polite and courteous company they did a excellent job on my lawn! I have over acres of land in a wooded area and they took the time to do it right!

I had prepaid to get the special preseason pricing....so far I have received one lawn treatment..may
this kind of service is not acceptable..other lawncare people are treating my neighborhood.what is the problem
a refund would be in line so I can hire the people that do provide service

I've dealt with Naturescape for many yearsI prepaid the lawn service in December for the visit in I am moving & cancelled the service on 3/31/so they have not done any work and after phone calls requesting a refund I am still waitingThe excuse given is that the corporate office issues them & the last phone the rep told me the refund was processedIt is 5/31/and I DO NOT have any refundHow many more phone calls with it take?

ON JULY 1, I WENT ONLINE AND CONTRACTED FOR SERVICES FROM NATURESCAPES, ON JULY I RECEIVED A PHONECALL FROM THE ROCKFORD OFFICE TELLING ME THAT THE DERVICE WOULDN'T BE THR $AS ADVERTISED, BUT THAT I HAD MORE PROPERTY, AND THE FEES WOULD BE $I GOT OUT THE SURVEY FROM WHEN I HAD PURCHASED THE PROPERTY, AND CONFIRMED THAT I WAS CORRECT ABOUT THE AREA OF MY PROPERTY, AND CALLED THEM BACK, STILL THEY INSISTED THAT I WAS WRONG AND THE BIGGER FEE WOULD APPLYALSO I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD NOT RECIEVE SERVICE FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKSSO I ASKED TO CANCEL THE SERVICESI TALKED TO *** *** AT 11.20AM ON 7/2/, AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 4-WEEKS TO GET A REFUND I FOUND THIS TO BE UNACCEPTABLE, BECAUSE NO SERVICES HAD BEEN RENDERED, AND THEY PAID THEMSELFS BEFORE ANY SERVICES HAD BEEN DONESO NOW DAYS LATER, NO REFUND YET

I requested the application lawn program spring I was told by the lady on the phone that the first treatment date had passed so they would not charge me the full price On 4/26/they charged me $which was the full price The person who applies the treatment normally leaves a stick in the law and a plastic bag with information on my door when they perform the lawn treatments As of August, I had only received treatments I contacted Naturescape via email to advise them that I hadn't gotten the service that I paid for They said they would take care of it I also advise them that because they didn't fertilize my lawn properly some of it was going to weed and I wanted them to overseed the lawn at there expense because the damage occurred because they didn't do there job Between August and October, they completed treatment I emailed again advising that since I only received of the treatments the company should return my money ($75.60) I have not receiv

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this companyWhile I had many choices for lawn care this spring I chose NaturescapeI had to call three times prior to my first application in order to get someone to show upBy that time the weeds were already taking over my lawnI was repeatedly told that my house was on the scheduleAfter our first treatment the weeds were still thriving so I called the service number and was told they should have died and they would set up a service callAfter two more calls and a couple of weeks later we finally had someone stop by to complete spot treatments on our lawnAfter this treatment we ended up with several brown spots where the grass died after the spot applicationOur neighbors recommended other services but we decided to go with Naturescape and I was hopeful that they would live up to their reputation and our lawn would look great but currently our yard has a large variety of weeds and the brown spots still haven't recovered with wateringIt also appears that they forget we have four sides to our yard since the north side, albeit small, has never seen any die off after the applicationsI'm currently very disappointed with Naturescape and the lack of customer service after asking to have a manager call me back on three separate occasions to no avail

Naturescape applied liquid application #using a rispreader/sprayer, that the Naturescape employee stood on and droveIt left tire marks throughout the front and back yardDid not kill the weedsKilled our grassCalled NaturescapeThey told me, it was our faultOur lawn has a fungus, it got on their machine's tires, and left lines throughout the grassThe grass is dead under the tire tracksThey said it will grow back after it rains a few timesNot willing to give us any discountsHad to pay $for the applicationWARNINGWARNING

My biggest complaint is they do not take timeframe issues seriously I had concerns regarding the timeframe for my applications throughout the spring and summer I finally decided to cancel after my third application since it is October and still needed two applications remaining The finally offered me ASAP services, but this is too little too late It’s Wisconsin so we can get snow any time now I have been told it will take weeks for a refund I am very concerned that I will not receive it

My lawn look horrible! I have crabgrass, weed, clovers, etc They are charging me $for services that have not been rendered I have called to complain with no results

Two years ago I planted a ball shape topiary bush "Evergreen" this spring I remove the burlap bag that was rapped around the bush, like all the other years, to protect it from the winterThe Bush was very healthy and green Naturescape came shortly after I remove the burlap and sprayed my lawn for weeds and shortly after that the whole front of the Bush diedI contacted them five times , 2x talk to some girl ,3x left a message ,it's been over a days now and no supervisor contacted me like I was told by the girl
This bush cost me dollar Plus my labor to install it and take care of it

The main thing is how in the world can the Revdex.com give them an A+ rating with ALL THE COMPLAINTS/NEGATIVE comments? They have been pretending to spray my yard for years now It looks worse now than when they started I asked for a full refund of this years' money only and they sent me a refund for the last sprayings I want a full refund! They don't know what they are doing or water down the weed "killer" with water where it doesn't do a thing

I noticed the first sign of crabgrass so I contacted them since I have a contract with them for the yearIt took them weeks to get out to my lawn and now 30% of my lawn is covered with crabgrassThey came out and sprayed but only 1/of the crabgrass was killedNow I am requesting they return 50% of what I paid themI cannot wait another weeks for them to get back outI am taking care of my lawn myselfI called them and they said they would be right outAfter waiting weeks I called again and the manager said I am sorry but I did not have any one in the areaTheir customer service is horribleMy lawn looked good before my vacation but when I came back it had weeds

My first year with this company has been a nightmare there late every treatment by weeks and when they do applicate it rains within hoursIt is reaching the end of the season and I have weeds growing everywhere and when I do call they make it seem your dumb

I submitted this review on a different website on 5/18/18: Received a bill 1/18/for the lawn care program Prepaid on 2/13/ Today is 5/18/and I have not had one lawn application Our neighbors (different companies) have all received their first applications lawn care applications and it is already the middle of May When I called the company weeks ago, they stated they were a little behind because of the snow storm I have NOT heard anything from them since Very disappointed If they EVER SHOW UP, I will not be renewing my contract with this company for next year They promised good service when I signed with them last year...did not deliver5/21/ They showed up today The employee said he was sent up from Fond du Lac to do our lawn I explained that I was very disappointed with their service He handed me a packet listing all the services Naturescape offers......Really????

I started with NatureScape last fallThey initially did fall aeration and seedThis year they performed fertilization, weed control and crabgrass preventionI started having issues in May with the grass turning yellow and what the local office called it was red-fungusThis red fungus took over my 3/of an acre yard and initially the local offices response was that they can't do anything about it and that time and fertilization would resolve the issueAfter complaining about different times they finally said they would consider putting a fungus control product, fertilizing and something to treat for nutsedgeThey came by and treated weeks agoWell now we are in late june and nutsedge is running rampant, red fungus is here and I have weeds and crabgrassI have told the local office can no longer pay for a service that makes my lawn worse than my neigbors who doesn't use a serviceNOT A HAPPY CUSTOMERSEE BELOW EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE:

We have hired NatureScape from the Rockford, IL location for the last several years I love that they call before the day before they come (if you request on your account), that they offer a prepay discount, and offer many other add on services like grub control and the mosquito spray Their online payment option is also very easy to use The lawn looks great and we have always had great interactions when we called in for support Keep up the good work!

In that, I work late nights pm-amAnd I make it a point to be up by pmSo I'm already up when they arriveWhen they arrive before pm, I'm awaken by the noise from the truck doors opening and closing, sprayer, or aerator etc! As I was awaken this a.mwhen Tech #RTarrived at my home at a.m.!
2-The technician Donovan Wilson #RTalso placed the invoice in my U.SMAIL BOX! This is a federal offense! And it's the second time that it has happened! I let it
