The Janesville, WI location is unresponsiveI have spoken with them multiple times about my poor service, I am promised a resolution, then nothing really happensI have prepaid and either they need to do what is committed in the agreement around aeration and pest spraying or I want and deserve a FULL refundCall your customers back when you mess up!

This company is good for cutting grass and snow removal but at my house the company seems to like messing up one thing or two lately Recently after having my lawn sprayed for pesticide they leave their little signs not to walk on the grass Fine, but next time someone comes to cut my lawn and my neighbors, that person drove right over that sign and shredded it to pieces that were not picked up until after I called and complained about it How hard is it to pick up that sign first especially if it is laying flat on the lawn and then cut the lawn.? This time the company came out to do their job after the lawn had grown pretty long They again decided to mess up something with my property They did not finish cutting some areas because the machinery they use is too big to get into some placesSo, those areas were left undone until after I called and complained I was told that sometimes they use bigger machines and cant get into the smaller spots So again I called and talked to the manager on duty I told him I want those areas that werent cut to be done today not next time after the grass is 6ftlonger or at the end of the day, especially if they forget to come backThose areas that were not cut were eventually done as well as the trimming which they think doesnt have to been done every week

I prepaid Naturescapes to aerate and over seed my yardI received a call when I was out of town working asking that I spray paint my yard where the sprinkler system isI couldn't believe what I was hearingHe could have asked me to install little flags where the sprinklers are but he suggested spray painting them but I wasn't home anywaysHe said that they would refund me the money that I paid up front but months later I still haven't seen a dimeIt is pretty sad when I write them a check with in week asking them for there service and months later it is not done and I have not been paid back

I have various no shows and when they show the lawn is not mowed very well, they do not trim the edges and they leave way too high When I phoned to question about my scheduled service they never make any adjustments they offer a very sorry, "I'm sorry" They are sorry

I prepaid for a full summer of lawn treatment and tree and shrub treatment services I have contacted the company twice because it is now June 2nd and have not received any lawn treatment as of yet My yard is full of weeds because no treatment has been provided Last week I sent an email and was promised the lawn would be treated this week Its now Saturday and still no show, no call

Being that my neighbors lawns looked so good and mine needed a little help, I asked my neighbor about his lawn serviceHe recommended NaturescapeHad nothing but positive things to sayI contacted Naturescape weeks ago and have yet to have my lawn sprayedWas told within days NothingI called back and was told it would be the beginning of next week...well today is Friday and still nothing! I would hope they would want new customersGuess not! I will be searching for a new lawn care service this weekendHopefully I can get better customer service elsewhere!

I have been a customer for about years and often recommended them to others I don't know what has happened this year, but the lawn service and customer service is terrible I prepaid last winter for applications We had a snowstorm in April that delayed the first application until May The second application hasn't happened yet, despite multiple phone calls and even a personal visit to the office! I called weeks ago inquiring about the second application and was told that they were working on those applications weeks went by and nothing, so I called again Apologies ensued I was told they should have done my yard the previous Friday (I called on a Monday) and that they would be out the following Friday The manager "gave assurances" via a call back by the receptionist Still nothing So now it has been weeks since the first application I visited the office in Plymouth, MN today I spoke with the receptionist and the manager (Emily) and I was promised that they would be out today I asked what I should do if they didn't come, and the manager told me they would be out I called again at 4:as no one had been there One of the service technicians answered the phone, but he was in South StPaul (20+ miles away) and couldn't speak for the other service techs I will be asking for a full refund I'm not too encouraged about getting one after reading the other negative complaints Many have just been posted in the past few months I don't know what happened to them They don't deserve an A+ rating anymore

The level of service has been terrible! My lawn has been getting progressively worseI spoke with them weeks ago and they said they were going to fix the following weekNothing has been doneThey guarantee satisfaction, it's all hype

I have used Naturescape for two yearsI have had all the services including aeration and reseeding (a bag of seed delivered to my door)My lawn was beautiful before I started their servicesIt is now a disaster - by far the worst condition in the years I have lived hereThey do not respond to my calls about crabgrass, insects, etcThis year I decided to have them mow my lawnThis was a complete disasterThe mowing guy ran the mower so fast that it always left furrows in the lawnIt always looked like a bad haircutHe would often mow while it was raining or just after heavy rainHe always mowed in the same exact pattern until I asked not toHe never did slow down and the result now is that my yard has many bare ruts, especially on the hills where the tires would repeatedly spinThe manager of the South StPaul Branch would not do anything to correct the problemsHe just apologizedHe had no answer to my question about where is the "100% Committed to Customer Satisfaction"? Another of their Quotes: "Our Naturscape program will provide you with a beautiful, thick, green, healthy, weed-free lawn"My lawn has been ruined!

I used to use *** *** and they were great in their performance and productsBut they just couldn't go low enough in price as compared to NatureScapeNatureScape provides excellent services and friendly customer serviceAnytime I need a re-application, they will not hesitate to service itI am so happy that they found me and I made the changeI've been using them for years now and haven't had one complaint for themMy lawn compared to my neighbors lawns is like night and day comparisons

I have been very happy with the condition of my lawn, but I wonder, my tenant has a garden and after you sprayed she claims her marigolds are dying.Could that be? I doubted it BUT?

I purchased and paid on 2/1/for lawn treatment service from Naturescape for the season of for $ I have received treatments as of 9/8/ The first treatment on 4/18/was supposed to have included crabgrass pre-emergent control The second treatment was applied on 6/14/and was supposed to be fertilizer and broadleaf control Up to that point I had no issues with the service; the broadleaf control seemed to be working as I had few dandelions and such in my yard and the grass seemed to be growing as it had in previous seasons By the time the third treatment was applied on 7/26/16, my yard had sprouted crabgrass throughout This was not just a plant here or there, these were patches all over the yard In some areas there was more crabgrass than other grasses I expressed this to the technician applying the third treatment and he assured me that he had applied a post-emerge control for the crabgrass that had sprouted The invoice indicates that However, a w

The Waukegan location performed services of lawn aeration, overseeding, & tree fertilization late fall in October/November and caused damaged to the gate on my fence & window well cover I immediately sent an email with pictures of the damage and subsequent emails to the Waukegan location over a period of almost a month and received no reply whether via email or phone call My next course of action was to send another email and copied a multitude of locations throughout many different states hoping for a reply A few of the locations from other states responded and finally I received a call back from *** *** expressed no remorse for his lack of returning my emails or not a callback but assured me it would be taken care *** came to my house and fixed the gate but not to my satisfaction and did not with the window well cover Once again phone calls and emails and no response after a good amount Finally *** called back and said he come and pickup the window well

We purchased lawn care services from this company and instead of promoting healthy grass growth and weed control the only thing we got was dead grass and extremely healthy weeds.....and the company did not always show up when promised

Naturescape in Green Bay Wi repeatedly (after years of complaints) continues to apply lawn chemicals in very windy conditions, causing drift They claim there is no wind restriction to herbicide application via spray Today the winds at the time of application were sustained at 23mph (Austin Straubel airport which is a mile away) and gusts recorded at mph You could see the chemical blowing horizontally above the lawn and they were being applied both into and with the wind I believe that there is a maximum limit of 10mph for herbicide application and that preferred wind speed is 3-mph (University of Minnesota website)
Please do what you can to address this issue

Naturescape came highly recommended to us and they have been taking care of our lawn for the past year We have been experiencing lots of weeds and have called numerous times complaining about the problem They come out and re-treat the lawn with no results We now have large patches of crabgrass ( they identified this as such ) measuring as much as feet by or feet in length throughout our yard, as it has continued to spread We became very frustrated and asked them to send someone out to look at this and their response was to say they don't know how that got missed, but they are sorry We can wait until frost kills it or they could spray it, but that would leave very large bare spots that would have to be seeded We asked them to at least refund our last pmt for their services as they guarantee satisfaction and were told they couldn't do that So in summary we have had a yard full of weeds for the entire year and they have no acceptable resolution! We always pay our bill and this is what we got Do not hire this company! Clearly they are charging for weed control that they don't apply This is dishonest and a terrible way to run a business and clearly their "satisfaction guaranteed" is just lip service!

Good day I'm beyond fed up with the lack luster service and on-going issues with NatureScape!
They are as follows:
A-1-27-Since the entry of the contract and full payment tendered, the techs were informed that they are not to place the invoices inside my front screen doorAs it set's of my sensor! And to leave two yard flags in my yard, one at the end of driveway, and one at the mailbox by street
B-3-15-On the first service Spring Aeration [Fredrick Dant-245808]He set off my sensor by leaving invoice in front doorAnd even worse, they left the plugs laid on the sidewalk, street and by walk ways and in my drive way
Besides being in disbelief, I called the home office to have the dispatcher send them back to sweep or pick up the plugs! And explained to the staff that needs to ceaseI was assured that it would not happen againAnd that a entry would be entered on my account for all future tech visits
