Initial lawn application service was not performed or did not provide adaquate, acceptable results Over the following 6-weeks; two emails were sent and two personal phone calls were made to the local servicing office Initial email went unanswered The second email was responded to advising me that the application would be reapplied No service was ever performed Each of the two phone calls to "Sally" resulted in unfullfilled promises that a representative would call me back I was told twice that I would receive a full refund of my $application fee No refund has been received
Scheduled an aeration in the Fall of and put flags by sprinkler heads and underground downspouts The technician ran over and cracked two of the underground downspouts despite being flagged I have called numerous times to have Naturescape rfollow through on their proposed remedy Each call results in a run-a-round with the person answering the phone and stating at the end of the call that a manager will get back to me Have yet to get a follow up call telling me when things will be fixed
sent a full year payment to have lawn service done in a timely fashion according to there websiteThey have not showed up to control my weeds and take care of my lawn

I have had your company spraying my yard only to see I have thrown my social security income down the toilet! You do not know how to kill weeds! I complained about my yards trouble area - between the sidewalk and the street They send a dumbo out to spray with a hand held sprayer and spray all up in my yard - mind you NOT the area that really needed it - and have killed my yard Well the manager comes to my home - weeks ago and tells me they will come out and plug my yard and "over seed" it for NOTHING! Well, they keep making appointments and NEVER show up or call to say they won't be here - - in other words he is simply jacking me around I told him I wanted a full refund for hard earned money I paid to the company and have absolutely seen NO RESULTS whatsoever! You need to clean house in the Lexington office or all you will ever get it complaints and people wanting a full refund!
all the other lawn care services in my area have done there customers yards weeks ago mine looks terrible you are going to have a hard time getting mine caught up to the look of all of my neighbors there's look great they are mowing there's for the second time and I don't even have much grass you need to work weekend etc or whatever you have to to catch up we are working long hrs and weekends to get are customers there RVs deliveredI work at RV dealership and we will not disappoint are customers you get a Starr for service are yard looks terrible and it started looking bad end of season and is worse now JoeThe first several years are yard looked amazing but has declined a lot now

Naturescape employees are in and out of my property within to minutes, my backyard alone is 3/of an acre so really how thorough can one be, the last times they sprayed my lawn, it either rain heavy right before or right after their applications, Really not a satisfied customer

We have been with Naturescape for 12+ years in Minneapolis, the service this year has been horrible Our second application(weed killer) which should have been done in Late May early June, it took place the last week in JulyWe were told the next application could not happen before days or the fertilizer could burn our lawn They are coming out on Monday (days) I requested a refund for the second application since the weeds have already taken over the yard Still waiting for that check too! We heard all the excuses, late winter, short staffed, computer problems etc Seems like they are running out of excusesI am not sure how negative reviews produces an A+ rating on this website We will be looking for a new service for next year

This years flyer came with "SAME GREAT LAWN PRICES AS LAST YEAR" My price went up $and when I called she said they had miss measured my yard (even though they went online and saw the dimensions of my yard immediately) She also said Jesse would call me back (which never happened) I'm not sure if it's poor customer service or advertising Buyer beware
I paid for services and received no services I was finally contacted about service and they were clueless about what was going on Paid in mid February and finally received a call late may they said would send refund now a good month later and nothing horrible services would never recommend to anyone!
Assured of fertilization and weed control Areas of grass turning brown with many healthy weeds as well as flourishing weeds throughout yard Now have 20+ new crabgrass plants in small front yard along with more dying grass They are billing me $for the season of which I did not agree to I have paid $for first application which has NOT been satisfactory I understood this to include a pre-emergent for crabgrass which has not shown to be effective as well as controlling other weeds

I highly recommend themBefore they started doing my yard it was mostly weedsWithin years it was a great looking yardI was impressed! Their mosquito control is great too
