Made an appointment with Nsturescape to cut by lawnHad to call, about 430pm on Friday, when I got off work to see why I was told they would be out by the end of the week and no one showedWas put on the line with the manager telling me that the grass was to high and they would have to cut it twice, charging double the costI got right off the phone, raised the wheels on my mower as high as they would go and cut my lawn with a 21” blade and took all of an hour to cut my sq ft of lawn with no problemsJust wondering why an old worn down lady that worked an eight hour day on her feet could come home and cut a sq ft lawn with no problem and Naturescape tech with a large industrial lawnmower would have to cut twice and charge twice the fee

Just cancelled tree care service This company is not spraying trees at the appropriate time do do any good, or to prevent disease Have two Hawthorn trees that have leafs scap Called company about what happened They were never sprayed, but offered to do it after the disease existedClaimed they were too busy! I hired Naturescape to fertilize my lawn and get rid of the weeds For the most part I was pretty happy with this service Their final application caused a section of my lawn to die off and only part has come back to with the rain we have had Needed to have my lawn aerated because it had not been done in several years Naturescape decided that the best day to do my aeration was right after the area had 24-hours of rain When they came out, they used equipment that was too big and heavy for the job at hand (Ride On Aerator) The equipment looked like a NASCAR going around on a go cart track The equipment damaged my lawn in several areas and caused ruts/tracks all over the lawn I called Naturescape the day after the aeration and spoke with the receptionist, who apologized for the problem She told me she would have a manger get in contact with me right away, and that someone would come out to inspect the damage After not hearing anything or seeing anyone after a

I had a new home built in Since this time NatureScape has been the only lawn care company to take care of my lawn care needs which consist of fertilizing, weed control and grub controlI complained to NatureScape about the seasonMy grass was starting to look in poor shapeThey said they would do much better for the year and get the grass back into shapeAt is point it’s the end of September 2016, approximately 60% or more of my grass is either dead, has grub damage or is weedsI have written the corporate office in Wisconsin and have asked for a full refund for the year but have not received any kind compensation

I use this company before last year for an Aceration service .I called in this year to set up a mowing service and also to have an analysis done on my yard I was told that they were out in my area already for the week and they will be out the following weekI received an analysis in the mail and decided to give a call in reference to it and also to ask when the mowing service will be doneI was told by the representative Jamie that it was already done and I asked her could someone come out or can we take pictures because my lawn was not mowed she told me they take the word of the person who did the service and she would have a manager contact me but in the meantime I have to pay for a service that I did not receive I decided to cancel the service going forward and told her to just send me the bill I'll pay it but this is terrible customer service that the complaint wasn't even addressed properly or no one would be sent out to see if the work was not done

My first season using NatureScape and the first treatment the product was put down too close to my flower beds which caused burning to the plants Second application was done, and we see absolutely no difference in the weeds that are continuing to grow I see spots in entire property where the machine turned and dropped very little product (grass is deeper green color in the small areas) on the acre lot Appears product was not being released from machine at all…called the office last Monday and I was told that somebody will call us back, and come out to re-apply product week gone by and no phone call or application re-appliedI was told they were not in my area that day I asked to speak to the Manager, was told he was in the field Now a days, people have cell phones - the office cannot communicate with the field ?? I will be making another follow up call today… This may be my last season with NatureScape !!

I wanted to share a review of Naturescape, Louisville, KY These guys are great to work with It has taken some time, but my lawn is now beautiful Persistence and patience has paid off and my neighbors are now jealous of my lovely lawn Highly recommended

Lawn care service (mowing of lot) was performed after days of raining even though I informed associate I did no want though I informed associate I did not wish to have area cut Associate stated it would be ok During mowing associate got stuck with large rider mower and left deep ruts in lawn and our fencing was pushed back which cause gate of fence to become uneven Associate stated he would return to take care of and never did Took weeks for managers to come out to look at the damage Stated they would have it fixed To date and after numerous calls the damage to our lawn and gate have not been fixed Last I spoke with *** one of the managers that came out he stated that he was surprised it was not taken care of and would check into that was over a week ago and still no results He is aware that if this was not taken care of I would be filing a complaint

I have been a customer for several years Early this spring I called and asked for an analysis of my yard because I had so many bare spots I was told that on the day of my first application, that would be done (I requested this review in several emailsThe first application finally came many weeks later.) No analysis was done No message was left about why Naturally, I contacted the company via email once again There was no explanation given about why this had not been done Hence, I terminated the service, which was for visits I had prepaid for this service in Dec., I also requested a prorated refund, as they guaranteed 100% satisfaction Through an email on 5/10/I was told that they would send the refund However, weeks later, and many calls later, the refund has not arrived

I had a terrible experience with this company after hiring them to do seasonal lawn mowing for us They did a poor job, unacceptable quality, on two occasions in which I saw the mowing being done I called and asked to cancel my service and remove any charges from my account as I would not be paying for the unacceptable workTwo weeks later, I received a statement billing me for the two mowings that I called about Really? We're going to go here? Now, I've had to call and ask to have the charges removed, and I'm getting all these reasons why they can't remove them I am a very unhappy customer, and I expect them to waive these charges without question As that too much to ask? Great company that takes customer service seriously and works hard to make my lawn look the best it can I have fescue in the South and it always takes a beating throughout the summer, but NS works hard to do their part and let me know what I can do in between applications Their prices are very competitive and they are always willing to listen when I call Thank you Naturescape for a great looking lawn at a great price!

Beyond frustrated with this company! We haven't been able to enjoy our lawn all season Paid Naturescape for a application process I was home to watch them every application The second application was done while a rain storm was rolling in A lot of rain in the forecast but apparantly they don't look at this The weeds started to come but we gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for someone to come back out and redo the application knowing they messed up The third application came a month later Again, lots of rain in the forecast and in fact the young man finished up as it started to sprinkle A week passed and the weeds were horrible So, I emailed for service explaining the situation Got back what seemed like a bit of attitude about what they did but reluctantly, they were coming back out for a service call Another week passed and they came out By this time our lawn was pretty riddled with weeds This application was fierce It not only killed the weeds but our lawn with it! Dead patches of grass were everywhere Ants moved in where the grass was dead Lawn became uneven and bumpyBy the beginning of September, after going from one of the best lawns in our neighborhood for years, to the worst by far, I sent a lengthy email to naturescape with pictures showing the damage they have done I requested my money back as well as asking them to fix the damage I don't think this is a stretch as we lost a whole summer and it will take years to get our lawn back to normal The email went unanswered Two weeks later, I followed up I recieved a knock at my door the very next day but to this day have not recieved a email response Two guys, the district manager and a man from corporate, I was told, we're out to make things right They were inspecting my lawn on their hands and knees as I walked out I fully expected them to come up with an excuse that blamed something else for the damaged lawn, but to my surprise, they agreed they messed up I regained a little of my faith back during this meeting so gave them another chance The district manager said he would come out and fix himself He promised we would have the best lawn in the neighborhood by october He came out a week later Aerated, treated and over seeded Left and never returned It is now the end of october Lawn is still aweful Bumpy, dead patches everywhere Grass never took hold because they never thatched or lawn raked to get the soil loose for the seed I'm no expert, but grass doesn't grow on top of dead grass thatch buildup Plus, they left all the plugs from aeration on the grass so we had lumps all over our yard for a month while our lawn mower blade had been slowly dulled by chopping them up over time They have never been back to check on their work and have yet to do a final application I have spent countless hours recently doing my own work to fix our lawn despite having two children that I would rather be spending my time with There has been no word of refunding our money I now am meeting with a lawyer tomorrow to check my next steps to get my lawn fixed and money backI highly advise never to use this company

We paid in advance to have our lawn aerated Our check cleared the bank on April 25, When we had not heard from the company after weeks I called and was told that they were waiting until they had multiple customers in our area requesting that service Made sense Another weeks passed without contact so I cancelled the service and asked for a refund We felt month was more than sufficient time to complete our order Also during that month timespan we saw your vehicles in our community multiple times I trust our refund will be more timely than your service

Horrible service!! Do not recommend, and it will take them forever to resolve your complaints They are always behind in treatments and would not be on a consistent spray schedule We still had crabgrass, and thistles everywhere but they were able to kill all of our bushes and flowers however It took this company over months to reimburse us for all of the damage they caused even after we had told them they were not to come and spray any more back in June It is now the end of September We had been customers for a few years and sadly believed service would improve, the weeds would go away some day No thanks We are done!
