After repeated attempts and with promises to fulfill the job on the last application was only half doneI was billed for full sqfeet and only half of the yard was completed, I’ve called over and over talking to Joy and she each time tells me it will be done and it’s been almost months and no service but yet billed!!!!

We’ve used this company’s service for several years and last year the issues began They are habitually late on their application Their website and mail advertisements claim they complete their application in March/April, May/June, July/August, August/September and then a last one in October Two years in a row now they have not adhered to that timeframeThis year they completely skipped the May/June application Everyone in our neighborhood who uses their service are just getting this application in mid July! advertising and not receiving services prepaid for It’s absolutely ridiculousWe,and our neighbors, will no longer be using this business going forward

Their service is non-existant - since May through September my grass has been cut times and only the last two have been what I call satisfactory - meaning there were only a few clumps on the grass after cutting Usually I had to go out and rake up after each cut and the reason I hire someone is because I am and cannot do it anymore myself, I wish I could, it would save me a lot of aggravation Usually grass cutting operations would be every seven days in the growing season and that would mean it should have been mowed times Compare that to and you know how bad NATURESCAPE of Muskego Wisconsin is I called today because it had been days since the last mowing and the girl checked with the supervisor and told me no one was in the area and weather permitting it would be done tomorrow, if anyone was paying attention they would know that 1/inches of rain is forecast for tomorrow I am completely disgusted and would not recommend them to my worst enemyCharlotte

We have been using Naturescape for a few years nowStarted out greatThis year has put me over the edge! I prepaid for our applicationsWhen I received the first one, (well after every other lawn in our area, had their's a month prior) was after I called to have them apply the applicationSame as the secondAfter days, I called back (100% satisfaction guaranteed, right?) A week later, ICalled againIt was a Thursday"Someone will try to come next week"When the gentleman came, he just spot sprayedA week late, and still MORE weeds growingI called againthe next day someone came with the 3rd applicationMy weeds are worse than EVER! I have been calling weekly, to cancel and get a refundThe gentleman that handles that will have to call me backNo responseThe company is all about satisfaction guaranteedNo they are not!

Naturescape has killed a significant portion of our lawn this summerFollow up has been a long list of excusesThey can kill grass and alfalfa, weeds not so muchAlso do not show up for the first service until end of MayWould not recommend Naturescape

I have been with this company for a long time with no problems until recently my last lawn application was a nightmare they put ruts in my lawn everywhere I don't what he was doing if he was in a hurry or what, but he also rode over my gutter was is brand new split it in two so I called the company talked to a manager he said he was sorry and would fix it right awaylong story short that never happened week went by called again said they would be out there right way in a few days to fix it well that never happened called again manager said oh I wrote down the wrong date and I said twice you wrote down the wrong date he said on Wednesday we will be out there before the end of day on Friday came home from work nothing down I can see this is never going to be fixed unless I do it myselfsick of excuse after excuse when I originally called the first time he asked if I could fix it I didnt damage it I told him very bad customer serviceim done with them will not be using them in the future
