I hired Naturescape to Plow my driveway this winter I discovered damage to the trim on my garage door from the plowing I have been contacting since 4-10-by phone times and have sent or more emails in the last days in an attempt to get them to repair the damage My calls and emails are frequently ignored I am still waiting to have the damaged repaired

My wife called Naturescape to get a quote on our lawn They came over a quoted a price for the yard The next thing my wife discovered was that they arrived back to our home proceeding to trim shubs and trees in our yard Nobody gave them the go to proceed but they claim my wife did I personally wanted to find out exactly what was entailed in their quote of $ They arrived and were there for a total of two hours and minutes and left the yard in a complete disaster I called them immediately and asked why they proceeded to do the work without permission and their response was that my wife gave them the go ahead
My wife after speaking to me about the quote was told by me to call them and ask what the details of the quote were They however proceeded to start the project without informing my wife they were even there I then call them personally to find out why they were there After considering the project had already started for an hour or so we considered that

I want to like this company, but this is the second year in a row that my front yard is the ONLY front yard in my entire neighborhood that is completely covered in dandelions because Naturescape has not yet arrived for my first lawn treatment of the seasonLast year, I chalked it up to being a new customerBut this year? I'm a returning customer, not a new customer trying to get lawn service after spring has arrived, so there's just no excuseI called to make sure that I am in fact scheduled (I am, have been since before the ground thawed), and to find out when my lawn would be treatedThe woman who answered the phone couldn't say for sure, only that I "should" see someone "by the end of the week." Today is Monday - by the end of the week, the sea of yellow on my lawn will have bloomed into those awful, tall grey *** of dandelion seedsOnce treated, they will die in ugly, weedy clumps, and my lawn will be ruined for yet another seasonI am so disappointed

I subscribed to Naturescape's lawn service this year During their first visit this spring, their vehicle leaked some of their product into my lawn and killed a sizable area of grass They acknowledged they were at fault and sent someone to repair the damage but the work they did was ineffective and the dead patch is still obvious

Awful company! I hired them to do snow removal on 9/6/for the 2017/season I had them last year and they provided good service This year they are terrible They were set up to come when we had inches or more of snow-same as last year and to do all of my walks and drive and salt for the price they quoted-which did go up from last year They never showed until the February 9th storm even though we had other snow falls were inches or more I called and no response On February 9th I called early in the morning to remind them to come They came later in the day and plowed 2/of my drive only I had to shovel the other 1/of the drive to be bale to park the cars They did not do my sidewalks at all A neighbor had made a small path on the city walk until they came I called to inform the office they had not completed the drive or touched the walks She said they would send the worker back I had to leave but when I arrived home later that day I found he did shovel the sidewalks to my home when he came back but still never touched the city walk and never salted He also buried my garbage cart and recycle cart in back when he partially did the drive by throwing all of the snow up against them By the time I finished shoveling what he did not and dug out my carts it was more work than if they had not come I had previously spoken to them so they had a chance to correct their actions which Ryan told me they would They certainly did not and only got worse I referred many people to them but never again will they get my business or another customer from me They don't deserve the business of good paying customers

We received the third application Nature Scape applies to the yards called the Summer ApplicationThe date it was put down was on July by Specialist Frank The gentleman applied it with a liquid applicationThe temperature that day was about degreesIn the Spring we had new sod put down in the back yardThey told us when we signed up with Nature Scape that they will do a granular application for the first year in the back with new sodThe front liquidThe sod was finished being put down on April 25, The amount of the sod was 2,
A few days later around July the perimeter of our front and back yard started to brown and turn yellowThen it started to dieI called Nature Scape and they sent an assistant manager out *** *** at 11:am on July He wasn't sure if it was a wide spread fungus or it was burnt from the applicationHe thought it was burntWe went into neighbors yards and they didn't have the possible fungus he told meThis fu

Last year in I paid for the step programAfter the drought part of the summer I noticed my lawn not coming back to it's green stateThe lawn was starting to die offMore than 50% of my lawn was not coming backSo I contacted Naturescape to discuss the matter and they told me I was due for another applicationSo when the technician comes out they'll evaluate the problemThey came out to do another application and said my lawn had been killed by a sod web wormThey advised doing a aerate and overseed at an additional costSo I said let's set that upAfter the aeration I was talking to a neighbor that had the same issue who also used NaturescapeEvery lawn in my neighborhood was green but ours had this issueSo I contacted them and talked to a *** and wanted a manager out to look at itI water my plants everyday and all my lawn in these area's were dead which leads me to believe it was something elseI did this sod web worm test which showed nothingOn October 10th a

HORRIBLE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT MY TROUBLE I haGET THEM TO COME OUT TO SPRAY THE FIRST TIME; AND WHEN A GUY FINALLY CAME OUT, HE INSTANTLY AGREED THAT THE LAWN HAD NOT BEEN SPRAYED I'VE HAD TO CALL AND REMIND NATURESCAPE TO SPRAY MY LAWN EVERY TIMEAVOID!!!

My goal in this review is to be as fair as I can be considering the circumstancesPrior to living in my home the previous owners were not as obsessed with their lawn as I amI had MANY weeds, a poor mix or bluegrass & ryegrass, and poor soil qualityThe yard got little light and I had to do much seeding in the first year in the homeI hired Naturescape in the 2nd year of being in the homeIt started fine but then got worseI was very pleased with the mosquito treatments, but the lawn treatments were spottyLarge sections of the lawn would grow faster than others and in one treatment some areas of my lawn received too much fertilizer and killed some grassIt was at this point that I realized what kind of company I was dealing withWhen I expressed my concern they tried to convince me that my lawn was in bad shape rather then take ownership of the issuesManagement didn't call me back for daysI only spoke with them after I called for follow-upThings got a little better at this point until I wanted to schedule the remainder of my services for the late summer / early fallI was hopeful that I could get things scheduled in the ideal order for an aeration and over-seeding without being impacted by the fertilizer treatmentsUnfortunately this is where Naturescape dropped the ball completelyThey told me that I could have services done in the order I wanted them to, but for some reason this didn't happenIn fact, everything was expeditedI received my aeration a month before I wanted itAnd the process did damage to a couple of areas of my lawn that I was in the process of growing new seedAfter this I decided to just cut my loses and move onI called and cancelled my services for the remainder of the seasonA week later they were back at my home and treating my lawn for a service that I had just cancelledLuckily I was planning on applying my own treatment that weekendIf they had come the next week my entire lawn would have diedThe staff were very nice in reviewing my concern and making sure that I wouldn't be charged for the service, but it still doesn't change the fact that a disconnect between the office and the techs in the field doing the work existsIn summary - if you are the kind of person that wants an average lawn, that will be free of most weeks, and be in pretty good shape most of the year you could probably use NatureScapeI am someone with a lawn that has a complex history and has VERY his expectations for what a lawn should beAs a result of this, NatureScape gets stars

I have received a collection notice from a collection agency for a bill that I am not liable forIn I contacted Naturescape for lawn care service which I paid in full, the following year they sent me a renewal form which I did not sign or send back to them for continued serviceI now have a collection agency sending me a collection notice on there behalf (Naturescape) for a bill for services I did not sign up for; nor did I agree to paid for such services after the agreementI would like for this bill to be removed from my credit report and the collection notices to stop and I would like to have no further contact from this company or its collection agency

Polite on the phone but incompetent when they show up to do the job Had to have them come 2x & the job was still done poorly Not to mention that it took them over a month to come back &, eve then, only after phone calls Nature Scape came highly recommended by someone who was pleased with them in the past but who also ended up having problems with them this year Will NOT be using them again!

I signed up and paid for services in March I did receive one service However, trying to get them to perform the second service in the time frame as they have stated on their website is proving to be difficult I had called and spoke with the local office and was told that I was in fact overdue and would be scheduled no later than days Seven days passed and no service I called again and was told that I was scheduled for the next day I called again and then was told that I was scheduled for the next day Next day came and no service I called again before the office closed and was told that the technician works until 6:and would be there Technician never showed

We have used Naturescape for the past several yearsI have always been very happy with the job they do, the way our lawn looks, and the customer service I have receivedIf I have ever had an issue with an area of my lawn that I felt needed repeat treatment, I called and someone always came out within a very reasonable amount of time for a reapplication or it was addressed further at their next visitI have read the negative reviews on this site and can honestly say, that has not been my experience with this companyThey always call to let us know when they will be coming, and if we need to delay the treatment for whatever reason, they have always been very accommodating I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a good lawn service company

We used their services for three years and we just didn't see much improvement in our yardI suspect the product is just not very good since I got immediate results after I personally applied aScotts product when the next application was due

In the spring of last year, I had all of my sprinkler heads replaced by Badgerland Irrigation, including four along an on side of the property line between our home and our neighbors, *** and *** ***Last fall, Naturescape did aeration work for them
I eventually received a startup report from Badgerland stating that four of the heads near the property line were damaged by aeration I do my own aeration, and did not do so last fall, as I aerate every other year When I do aerate, I obviously mark all of the heads so as not to damage them
I realized that Naturescape's person doing the work did not know that the sprinkler heads were there, however the the aeration work was done over onto my property Had I known in advance that that he was going to do the work, I would most certainly have marked them for him/herAs a result of all of this, I will be billed for parts and labor by Badgerland to replace the sprinkler heads when they startup the system in the next month
