Just got flat lied to from Moises *** one of the salesmanTold me a car was going through quality control and then sold it before he told me it was ready after sending me several emails saying he would let me know about the carWhen I emailed him and asked him about it he said it did not pass the quality control phaseYet I have managers from the same Stafford Store (Rod and Jimmy) saying the car was soldAnd the worst part is he just keeps lying to me trying to save face because he sold a car out from underneath meThere is NO WOW factor with these typical car salesman ***If they can sell the car they don't care who they *** *** Its all about the saleThey don't treat you right by any meansBut I guess when you have so many cars selling a day you can treat people like *** and not careGood to know

On July 7th, I traded in a F-and purchased a Honda Pilot On the sales contract, Texas Direct Auto was supposed to send my bank where I have my loan for the F-(*** *** *** ***) a check for $21,to pay off that loan It is now Sept 15th, and my bank still has not received a check for that amount I have called Texas Direct Auto many times since August, only to be told that they can only send a message to the Finance manager that did the deal to call me back No one ever calls me back and they can never transfer me to anyone that can help I don't live close to the dealership where I can go in person otherwise I would I have had to make payments (July 30th/August 30th) on the loan for the truck that I traded in when I don't even have possession of this vehicle
