I ordered a product from this store online, the tracking info said," shipment information sent to FedEx" for days it said the same thingSo I called them and their customer service rep told me I would have to call my credit card company for a refund and I can pay again if I wanted the product re-shipped, but he was nice enough to price match and give me the sale price I originally paidI have never heard of this practice, a company usually ships the item again or gives you a refundHe said that is how everybody deals with these issuesI will no longer shop with Bon-Ton Inc again.I notified my credit card company, the rep couldn't believe it, they refunded my account and they will deal with themI have my order # and tracking # and they have the recorded conversation for training purposesBon-Ton Inc, Goodbye for goodA former customer, Walter

Dear Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , Thank you so much for helping me propect my rights.But I want to provide more evidence to you that Bon-ton really only shipped one item to meThey are lying.Please see my attached document, you can see I marked the tracking number and the order shipment confirmationThey are constantly.In the tracking information, you can see I marked that the package total wight 1LBIn the order shippment confirmation, you can see the there are total items in this packageBesides other item, one single makeup remover weigh 6.7oz( equals to 0.4Lb) without their plastic bottle packingAnd you see my attached pictrure, one single lancome make remover wieghts 0.54LB.(I didn't PS this picture, this is the real one, and you can also weight this item by yourself) If they did sent me two bottles( two bottle should weight 1.08lb) plus the other six items, ( and the box packing of the whole package also will take some weight) how could the whole package only weight 1lb in total??They are lyingI don't Think they investigated into mycase with their packing guysI already told them all these things,but they just ignore meAn they still think I am lying.And they are still insist they shipped all things to meI don's understand their companyPlease forward my opinions and all these truth to their management if you could.Thank you so much! My Complaint is about the REFUNDS on this Company they don't refund the SHIPPINGWhat can I do about , they said that they can't refund my shipping cost you see I PAID and they refunded me only So can you HELP me on this?

Dear Revdex.com: I received a call from Chris H [redacted] from the BonTon stores while on vacation He needed additional information from off the paperwork on the return that was denied When I returned home, I called him with the information He later called back and said that on the day I attempted to make the return their registers were suffering from a "computer glitch" and the denial was made in error He was unable to explain why the store manager or customer service were unaware of this on that day or for the month after However, he said that now the items could be returned, so my problem is solvedThank you for your involvement, as I was having no luck getting anyone from BonTon to call me until you contacted themSincerely, [redacted] ***

We have spoken to the customer regarding the denial on returns and have indicated to her that we will honor the returns provided she sends them back according to the return shipping instructionsAs for the items in her order, we show that of the items have been returned already and there is one item due to be delivered via USPS tomorrow, December

We apologize that you were not able to obtain the shams for this comforter We have left you a voicemail to contact us We cannot guarantee that we will be able to locate any of the shams
