I was just shopping in Herbergers in Rice Lake Wi As I passed the tabel with Fossil purses I notice a sign for Goodwill sale % off selected Fossil purses and a 20% off sign above it saying use you Goodwill coupon I chose a purse and when I went to pay for it was informed that was just an additional the sale and the purses are not on sale I have a picture of the sign to send to the Revdex.com, and would love to send it to you

The customer placed the same order times The bread was delivered to the customer's address on 5/20/ Second item on the order - knife set was scheduled for delivery on 5/ [redacted] had a note that a future delivery was requested by the customer, we do not take that type of action After a failed attempt to deliver the item on 6/1, the item was returned to the vendor partner The customer called on 6/claiming non-delivery of the items A claim was filed and a reshipment was processedThe bread was delivered on 6/ The customer was credited on 6/for the knife set Customer called on 5/to cancel the order that had already been delivered on 5/ Customer placed the same order again and called with the same complaint, non delivery but this time the address was incorrect showing the customer had moved Knife set was then delivered to TexasProcessed reshipment after customer called on 6/14; deliveries happened on 6/after some issues locating the customer To answer her complaintsShe was credited for the knife set on the first orderWe cannot reship an item that is creditedThe last order will be credited also

We have not been able to connect with the customerWe have left her messages and she has called and left us messages but we have not had a conversation with her to date We are trying again today

A full credit for the coat was issued on 2/27/14, we have created a new order # [redacted] which is for the coat that was originally ordered at no charge to the customer

We just received your complaint yesterday,March You should have seen the credit post to your account already Please be advised when using a debit card for purchases, it can take up to business days for the credit to post to your account depending on your bank

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused this customer I asked our credit service provider to look into this complaint After reviewing their records, they noted receipt of the $ payment on 4/20/ Payments are processed the day they receive them The $dollar late fee was credited back to this customers account on May 2, and will show on her next statment

I am sorry your packages were stolen but we are not responsible for stolen packages FedEx says they delivered them so you will have to file a claim with your credit card company for the stolen packages

the order was placed on 5/16/at which time an autorization request was made to the customer bank of $the order was than processed on 5/19/at which time the bank released the funds for this purchase there was only one authorization hit done on 5/16/and then the processing of the order on 5/19, the customer was not doubled charged this is an issue the customer has to take up with their bank
