I have attached the paid invoices that both state a month money back guarantee Dated 8/*/& 9/**/ I am well within my month period, despite what they replied I also attached an email dated 11/*/stating they are working on my refundUnfortunately their reply is not truthful They insisted on sending me more directories when I asked for a refund Alan told me a few weeks ago that he was processing my refund and it would take 5-business days, then he said he can not refund my credit card but was looking into other optionsThe directory is Not what I was told it was going to be and I have a month money back guarantee They should not offer the guarantee if they are not going to stand behind it

I have been told by this company that is illegal for them to write me a refund check and the only way for me to get my refund is to dispute the charge through my bankThe bank cannot dispute a Debit charge after days of the purchaseI have been told by my bank (Texas Citizens Bank) that a Debit purchase is like paying cash and there is no reason why this company cannot refund me my purchase amountThe Country Club Directory keeps telling me to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but I did not use a credit card to make this purchaseI have done everything The Country Club Directory has told me more than once and still have not received a refund as promised by this companyI purchased this produce months ago so that we could take advantage of the "Back to School" rush and in this last several months I have been run around by this company as to why I haven't received my product, and now as to why I cannot be issued my refundI did receive booklet in the mail today (10/*/2015) from ***, and I believe I was supposed to receive several copies as per the original agreement when I signed upSo now after waiting months I finally received book and still no refundAfter being mishandled by this company and lied to several times I simply want my refundNo customer should have to wait this long for a product, suffer this much stress, or have to fight this hard to get their product/refundI wish to never do business with The Country Club Directory again as this company obviously cares nothing about integrity or customer serviceThis company now refuses to speak to me on behalf of this issue since they have learned of me reporting them to the Revdex.com, and I am looking to the Revdex.com to resolve this issue and get me the refund promised to me by Alon F* of The Country Club Directory.

This company has done nothing but run me around since my first complaint back in July Every time I have called there has been a reason as to why they cannot refund meI was told to call my bank and dispute the payments back in April and the bank is unable to dispute any debit purchases after daysI was also advised by the bank officer to report this business to the Revdex.com if the issue was not resolved because the client should not have to dispute a charge to get a refundI have waited through every shipping issue and promise this company has told me and I am still waiting for them to fulfill any of their side of this agreementI expect a full refund from the company now that I have done everything on my end that they have told me to do, and still this issue remains unresolved.

Last December and again in February I paid $700US for advertising to be distributed in the spring marketThe company admits that it did not print/distribute the magazines that I paid for nor did they contact me to let me know or offer an explanation until months after the magazine was due to be distributed and only after I registered a complaint with Revdex.com.They now claim they will print and distribute magazines in the fallThe market has changed and the advertising will not be of use to me months late.They have not incurred any costs though they have held my money for almost months and I am demanding a full refund.I am convinced that this is a SCAM similar to other fake golf and country club magazines reported on the internet.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseI attempted to contact them numerous times, and received no response at all.After checking with the Country Clubs they claim to represent, none of them had ever heard of them, and will not provide the contact information of the members for info to be sent to them.The country clubs never received anything from The Country Club Directory, nor had they ever heard of them.My claim is not only for the return of the payment ($1000), but it also my opinion that you never provided advertising to anyone.To say that I didn't receive any business is an understatement, since they never mailed anything, just sent proofs to clients. Others have stated the same thing, you will receive magazine with your advertising on it, and then nothingAccessing my account even confirmed that there was only one shipment, and this is the final proof that I received.Never any magazines with my advertising that were to follow monthly.How convenient for them to say now that I contacted a 3rd party the refund was voided If I had received any response to the emails that were sent, I wouldn't have started researching this scam. They request customers provide a notarized statement to request the refund They also delay and delay the refund as others have clearly stated alsoI truly believe they would have never contacted me, had I not pursued this as I did.I would like the return of my $since you did not comply with our agreement, and also deceived me with your claims of advertising and monthly mailings.

[Your Answer Here]It took me from 4/** until June of calling almost weekly to get them to do a proof at all I was told the time frame was not a problem and the book would still come out end of June, when it did not and I began calling again and was told first week or latest mid July This is the first anyone has mentioned fall, especially since I have not been allowed to speak to anyone except *** *** , who gives me nothing but very vague answers and a different excuse every time I call as to why the book has not been printedI have been promised a number and person to call many times and have yet to receive anything Does not change the fact that when I contacted one of the country clubs on the list for distribution, they had never even heard of the bookI have had nothing but stall tactics from the beginningIf the publication date is supposedly fall, then why would the person who sold me the advertising not know that and why can't she give me the number of people that it will be disbursed too, even an approx That too, is a mystery.

wasn't enough because the client didn't like the content of the book, this customer, like every other was given full disclosure of the product and has seen online samples through our website ***
The client saw samples online and knew exactly what was in the book, plus you can always pick up a book at any of the clubs we serviceTherefor we see no grounds for refund at this time as there is no documentation proving that the customer requested a refund within the allowed time framewe do offer other resources and this was communicated to the customer, please see our policy below
