We have purchased major HVAC systems from Kerivan-Lane (split [redacted] heating/cooling unit, upstairs central air conditioning, and our latest a high efficiency gas boiler and hot water heater In all cases, Kerivan-Lane did an outstanding job assessing, configuring, and installing the units we purchased Joe Fwas the plumber on the new gas furnace system, and he did an incredibly neat, professional job Joe was extremely hard working and worked with us on the placement of various parts of the new heating system Would highly recommend both the company and Joe Fto anyone considering new HVAC equipment
As usual, the FANTASTIC Kerivan Lane staff did not disappoint Very friendly, introduced himself to me when I greeted him in the driveway, ( with a nice firm handshake and looked me in the eye- very important to me) I told him my issue, weproceeded to the room in question Within minutes he took me to the room, explained the problem, which wasn't a problemm, it was a missed diagnosis from a home inspector, the unit worked fine He als asked if he could do anything else for me I said no, and he said any more issues don't be afraid to call I love Kerivan Lane and I ALWAYS recommend them In fact, my brother-in-law used them to install their units As far as I am concerned there is no other company I would even consider for this They are the BEST!!!
Ron from Kerivan-Lane showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. It was questionable as to if there was a spill/leak and he diagnosed the problem saving me at least a thousand dollars. He was more concerned about me spending too much than trying to make a sale. You can trust Kerivan-Lane!!
Kerivan-Lane came for my annual boiler service and was also doing some plumbing work and AC service They were schedule to arrive in the PM and showed up within just a few minutes of noon Starting with the plumbing, the issue with the kitchen faucet was quickly diagnosed and a part has been ordered The garbage disposal was changed quickly and is working now and the boiler and AC service when quickly and well
My burner was constantly stopping and restarting, then a terrible odor permeated the entire basement I called on a Saturday afternoon and Kevin was there in minutes, diagnosed the problem and fixed it What a relief!

Two days before Christmas, our furnace stopped working We called many plumbers, and only Kerivan-Lane responded Peter called us after we left a message, and then called at 5:30PM before he came to check that we still needed help He was at our home in minutes, quickly found what the problem was, fixed it and also performed some other checks and preventative maintenance on our furnace He was a pleasure to deal with and explained what he was doing
