As usual, the FANTASTIC Kerivan Lane staff did not disappoint Very friendly, introduced himself to me when I greeted him in the driveway, ( with a nice firm handshake and looked me in the eye- very important to me) I told him my issue, weproceeded to the room in question Within minutes he took me to the room, explained the problem, which wasn't a problemm, it was a missed diagnosis from a home inspector, the unit worked fine He als asked if he could do anything else for me I said no, and he said any more issues don't be afraid to call I love Kerivan Lane and I ALWAYS recommend them In fact, my brother-in-law used them to install their units As far as I am concerned there is no other company I would even consider for this They are the BEST!!!
They were able to come and replace our water heater quickly the same day it burst--very happy with the fast emergency response and good work (in tight working space) at reasonable expense considering the service
