Wouldn't you know Xmas morning the furnace quitI called Kerivan Lane and got a call back from Robert in minutesHe was at my house in less time than thatSuper friendly, very professionalHe had us up and running quickly and we salvaged our Xmas morning ! Thanks !

Kevin was the technician performing a scheduled service/tuof our boiler He called ahead of time to let me know when to expect him Was very polite and did not leave a mess

On 12/27/2017, My thermostat was not workingTech came out troubleshot the problemThermostat was fixedTook notice that filters were dirty and clog on the furnace and replaced themI’m very pleased w the the quick and thorough response and service

When our AC went out on a Sunday, we called first thing next morning and they were on location hours laterWe didn't even have to wait hrs to have our problem addressed and fixed! The charge was fair and the diagnosis thoroughThe only minor complaint is, need to put on boot coverings so as to not dirty up the floorsOverall, very satisfied and would recommend to friends

Water heaters always die on weekends but Kerivan Lane fixes them quick! You can count on them

I have been to Dollywood many times and Sept 23 and 24,2014 was not worth the money we paid.We went after 3 on the 23rd. and saw 1 show and they started closing everything down at 4:30 and were putting up Christmas lights. We decided to come back the next morning and it was not much better. I stood in line to get a scooter in the hot sun for over 15 minutes and then had to go to another area of the park to get a handicapp pass to ride the train( the office door was very narrow to get in and the office had several men sitting there talking). Had to listen to his lecture about the pass and then go to the backporch to listen to music with my family and I missed it. They told me I had to ride in the back car and we had to get in line at the exit. We sat in line until after 12 and we saw everyone leaving the boarding area and we did not know why. Someone in the crowd told us the train was torn up and would not be running and sometimes it did not run for months as it was old and they had a hard time getting parts. On the 24th we saw a 30min. show and paid for a funnel cake and left as all there was to do is shop and leave. A big disappointment for all. I paid $36 for a scooter and $7 for a funnel cake and got to do nothing but ride the trolley car from the parking lot and back. Will never go there again .
