Service: our furnace stopped working a couple days before Christmas (of course after regular hours)We had tech Tom, come for the emergency service around PM, and he worked diligently to get us heat until about PM that night - and he had two more service calls after usWe are forever grateful to tech Tom & the entire Kerivan team behind him
Our furnace went out after dinner on a weeknight during frigid temperatures, after a big storm Not great, but I was not worried because I knew KL would take care of it We called the KL emergency line and within minutes we had a technician on the phone He walked us through a few things to do to get the boiler going again, and it worked He called back about an hour later to be sure the furnace was still going and the house was warming up Can't recommend KL highly enough, they are always there when we need them, always patient and polite, and very reliable They treat you like family
I had a pipe burst above my garage ceilingPeter, from Kerivan-Lane, assessed the situation completed the repair in a very professional and friendly manner in a very short timeYou could not ask for better service
Kerivan Lane was very responsive when my boiler broke/flooded my basement They came immediately to assess the situation, and the boiler was ordered and replaced within a few short days They worked diligently and were very polite throughout the process I highly recommend them

We sold/closed on our home in Framingham on November 30, I asked Kerivan Lane's Finance Manager, *** ***, to please send us a check for our reimbursement vsissuing a credit to our credit card
Mr*** advised that he cannot send us a check for our reimbursement as it is "unlawful, considered money laundering" I have not heard of such a thing
Since 2004, we have paid Kerivan Lane on a monthly basis, via credit card and when we closed/sold our home on November 30, we did not owe Kerivan Lane anything, they owed usIt seemed reasonable to me, to ask them to send us a check vshaving them credit our credit card
Mr*** was combative with me on the phone and said he already sent a credit to our credit card (in addition to t is "unlawful, considered money laundering") I do not understand how asking for a check for reimbursement can be unlawful
Kerivan-Lane came for my annual boiler service and was also doing some plumbing work and AC service They were schedule to arrive in the PM and showed up within just a few minutes of noon Starting with the plumbing, the issue with the kitchen faucet was quickly diagnosed and a part has been ordered The garbage disposal was changed quickly and is working now and the boiler and AC service when quickly and well
Robert Djust completed a tuof our furnaces and of our *** system; the whole experience was great He was careful, polite, and nice to our dog! Recommend him highly
Kerivan-Lane was able to come out quickly and assess the problem I was having with my heating In addition, they went ahead and did the annual tune up when they were here, saving me from having to schedule another visit

I would recommend Kerivan Lane for any if you are looking for an upgrade to your exisiting heating system They come by and review your existing setup and make a few different recommendations Please note that what they recommend is based on your living situation (how many people live in the house etc) and this doesn't always equate to the most costliest solution In my case the lower recommendation was advised There were a couple of small issues, which were addressed asap This was extremely appreciated
