My burner was constantly stopping and restarting, then a terrible odor permeated the entire basement I called on a Saturday afternoon and Kevin was there in minutes, diagnosed the problem and fixed it What a relief!
Two days before Christmas, our furnace stopped working We called many plumbers, and only Kerivan-Lane responded Peter called us after we left a message, and then called at 5:30PM before he came to check that we still needed help He was at our home in minutes, quickly found what the problem was, fixed it and also performed some other checks and preventative maintenance on our furnace He was a pleasure to deal with and explained what he was doing
Kerivan-lane installed an indirect water-heater to replace my old oil-fired water heater Nov After installation, it starts having issues My boiler sometime (intermittent) would trip when water heater calls for hot water It does't happen that frequently so I didn;t call them until months laterIt was then found out by another tech that the wiring of the newly installed relay box was not done properly The relay box lacks connection to the boiler TT so that although the water heater could work most of the time, but from time to time the boiler would detect that lacking TT connection as a malfunction and trips I have called Kerivan Lane and asked them to fix this issue but the owner has very rudely rejected to take any responsibility even it is under warranty and they are the ones installed the water heater improperly to begin with Kerivan lane is a very irresponsible and totally unprofessional company that you should avoid with all means I am taking them to the small claims court in MA

Recently, they installed two boilers and hot water heaters in my two family house Prices are fair/competitiveKevin (sales) was very knowledgeable and explained all options carefullyHe was available to answer all questionsJoe(installer) was outstanding! He was prompt, courteous, kept to a tight timeline and cleaned the basement when the job was doneVery happy with every aspect of the work

We have purchased major HVAC systems from Kerivan-Lane (split *** heating/cooling unit, upstairs central air conditioning, and our latest a high efficiency gas boiler and hot water heater In all cases, Kerivan-Lane did an outstanding job assessing, configuring, and installing the units we purchased Joe Fwas the plumber on the new gas furnace system, and he did an incredibly neat, professional job Joe was extremely hard working and worked with us on the placement of various parts of the new heating system Would highly recommend both the company and Joe Fto anyone considering new HVAC equipment
