Good check up on our heating system They were professional

[redacted] came when they said he would on an emergency basis and his appearance was neat and clean He diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it He also changed my air filters, which are in a very difficult location He was very knowledgeable and friendlyHe also mentioned other options Five Star could provide for my air conditioning system when and if I wanted to I know I can depend on Five Star to come whenever I need them They are very reliable

[redacted] conducted an HVAC system inspection at my home today [redacted] was professional, courteous and engaging He did an extremely thorough inspection and had many good suggestions on how to improve the environment of our HVAC system I am considering some of the recommendations that [redacted] made and will definitely contact Five Star first for a quote if I decide to act on any of the recommendations [redacted] represents his company well I definitely will not hesitate to contact Five Star with a special request for [redacted] if I need additional services in the future

Bad customer service I ask to please talk to a superviser and she was rude she even hang up the phone.Upset I have never received this kind of service before

We recently had our scheduled visit for our HVAC from Five Star Our technician, [redacted] was terrific He was prompt, professional, thorough, knowledgeable and made sure we knew what he had done- very customer-care oriented We highly recommend Five Star!!

Plumber evaluated situation saying the bathroom floor had water damage and needed to be repaired He contacted a person who could do the jobThen a new commode was installed Both men completed their jobs to my complete satisfaction

Wow, best service I have ever experienced for a/c repair In less than hours, Five Star had [redacted] *troubleshoot AND repair our A/C unit

I, Dale B [redacted] of Bremerton Washington Purchased a [redacted] in April 0f from [redacted] which is now [redacted] Along with the purchase of the vehicle I also purchased an extended warranty at a cost of $From "The Warranty Group" (West Jackson BlvdChicago Illinois (800)821-2130)I recently began having Transmission issues with the truckI took the vehicle to my nearest dealership, [redacted] on March 14th, I provided a copy of the warranty to the dealership in order to facilitate necessary repairsOn March 24th I was called by my service representative "Randy" and informed that the Warranty company had denied my claim (Denial # [redacted] ) At this point I called "The Warranty Group" myselfPer my request I was connected with a Supervisor named Moses [redacted] I enquired as to why my claim was denied? Mr [redacted] informed me that one of his adjusters had visited the dealership where my vehicle was located and found that my truck was equipped with a "Volant - Cool Air Intake" system and an "EDGE CS Evolution Performance Device" Mr [redacted] also informed me that these items are considered Modifications and voided the warranty I explained to Mr [redacted] that both of these devices were on the truck when I purchased it from [redacted] on April 7th, and when I also purchased the extended warranty at the same timeTo him it made no difference He even asked me at one point why I didn't remove the devices at the time of purchaseI explained to him that I am a customer who bought a truck with installed equipment, and an extended warranty, how was I to know this? In a nut shell Mr [redacted] and his "The Warranty Group" company have refused to honor the Warranty that they sold to me in April of at a cost of $His only suggestions were for me, at my expense to restore the truck to its original manufacturer specifications then they would consider paying for the needed repairs or go back to the dealership that sold me the truck and see if they will refund me the cost of the warranty It gained me nothing to express to Mr [redacted] that I purchased the vehicle with this equipment already installedHe even kind of insinuated that he believed that I actually did make these "modifications"I purchased an Extended warranty for $When I needed the company to step up they denied me My advise to anyone purchasing a new or used car, ask the sales manager to inform you of who the warranty they are selling you is provided by, If it is "The Warranty Group", tell the managers to look else where! These people were quick to take my money but when I needed them, they pretty much told me to get [redacted] ! The Five Star Plumbing Company and the plumber [redacted] they send me were awesomeI liked their quick response to my call, they were fast to schedule an appointment and on time! But the best was their plumber ***, they sent meHe observed the situation quickly, gave me an estimate and bent over to satisfy the customer and saved me a lot of money! This was customer service perfect, like in the old days, where customer service still existed! Awesome guy - very recommended!

Had to call them yrs after the repair (year warranty)Because of the water leak in my front yard city had to turn off my water (gal/min.) This company is HORRIBLEDO NOT USE THEM The technician that came to my house told me that they would not cover it, he out and right said they owe him money and out of that he submit they only paid Well today they call me and tell me because I have not have my ac serviced in the past months they will not cover itI did have it serviced in the past year, yet they said my contract says monthsMY CONTRACT does not say six months, they then told me that is what is recommended I ask to speak with the director named Sara and I was told by the "Manager" Oscar that Sara is too busy to talk and she refuses to get on the phone and she will call me back when she has time Oh yea I even told Oscar what the technician said and he was yea uhn uhnnn (those were his words)He then tells me they are number for a reasonI called him out on it I said oh so you guys are number 1, he then corrects himself and said we in the top 10, another LIE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and he had the nerve to get mad when I called him out If they try to rebut what I am saying play the tapes, everyone kept telling me the call was being recorded so if I am making one word up then play the tape and hear how your managers speak with customers and how Oscar told me that he was going to let me speak with anyone over him SAVE UP YOUR MONEY UP AND GO WITH A COMPANY THAT PROVIDES GOOD SERVICE GO WITH A COMPANY WHO TECHNICIANS THAT THEY HIRE HAVE GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEM MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE AND GO WITH ANY COMPANY BESIDES CHOICE HOME WARRANTY
