thorough search in our computer database, we are unable to locate an Agreement for Mr. [redacted]. However, this does not necessarily mean that he does not have an Agreement with us. There is simply not enough information provided to complete our search.
On July 17, I called Mr. [redacted] at the number he provided in the Revdex.com complaint. However, there was no answer and a voice message was left requesting that he contact me with additional information to locate his Agreement. As of the date of this letter, I have not received a call back from Mr. [redacted]
Therefore, in order to assist Mr. [redacted] he will need to provide us with a copy of the Agreement. He may fax a copy directly to me at XXX-XXX-XXXXX or attach it to the Revdex.com complaint file. Once received, we will continue our review his concern.

Five Star Plumbing Heating Cooling just left my home moments ago. The technician came out on-time, identified the most cost-effective solution, and thoroughly explained what was happening to my A/C unit. I am very happy with Five Start Plumbing Heating Cooling. The technician took the time to answer questions that I had as well. For example, we are planning to build a fence and I needed to know how close the fence can be to an A/C unit. I don't like to get into maintenance agreements with companies until I try them out once. with Five Star I bought a [redacted] which helped cover the cost of this initial service. I have done this before, twice, where I was not impressed with other companies. But with Five Star I decided to start a yearly maintenance agreement to extend the life of my A/C units. I hope my review helps someone get a feel for how I choose HVAC companies and that my recommendation of Five Star Plumbing Heating Cooling was earned.

[redacted]. just finished the semi-annual HVAC checkup. He did a thorough job checking out the system and answering all my questions. As usual, I am very satisfied with Five Star's service.

As long as I get my check, I will accept their response, although I was told that as long as I had paid on the policy for a year and a half they would pay 350.00. But after the rig-a-marole we went through, I will take anything. I will never again take out any policy like this. They say one thing and wiggle around and do another. This is an awful company to deal with.I purchased a tv from [redacted] for over $300. A few months after purchased I tried to hook up a DVD player to the television and had sound issues after calling [redacted] and being transferred to vizio to take care of the problem we went through trouble shooting the tv,once they determined there was a problem they set up a local company to come out and repair the tv,they told me the company would be contacting me within two weeks to fix it,after not hearing from anyone I called [redacted] back they told me that they would contact me back in 24-48 hours,2 days later (were over 2 weeks into this now) they contacted me saying I had to box up the tv and send it to them and they would send me a refurbished tv to replace the brand new tv I paid for! I sent the tv to them and 2 weeks later received the replacement, we opened the box to set up the tv for my children to find it was beyond poorly put together. There were screws where there shouldn't be any so I can't attach the stand to it,there were screws missing in places that is supposed to hold the tv together, the back of the tv is not attached to the inside so there are big gaps where the a.c. ports are and the tv,itself when standing leans so far forward you would have to lay on the floor to watch it.so I called them the first lady I,spoke to was awesome opened a new case and requested photos.so I took photos and sent them in 2 days later still nothing so I called them,was told only one photo came through I would have to send more and was told if I don't hear from them in 2 hours call back,I sent photos and called back 2 hours later,when someone finally picked up I was immediately placed on hold,when he came back on I was told it was submitted to the warehouse to see if they would replace it! If! So I asked if there was a way to expedite this because my kids have been out a tv for so long he said there was no way. I asked to speak to someone else he said he could get a supervisory tell me the same thing he just told me I said I would like to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold which I am still sitting on as I write this. Currently on the phone for 43 minutes and counting.I will never do business with this company again terrible customer service,terrible product,terrible business practice.

We had a plumbing issue and [redacted] was our Service Specialist. He was wonderful and explained everything. They project was done in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Five Star and especially [redacted].

I, Dale B[redacted] of Bremerton Washington Purchased a 2008 [redacted] in April 0f 2012 from [redacted] which is now [redacted] . Along with the purchase of the vehicle I also purchased an extended warranty at a cost of $2252.00 From "The Warranty Group" (175 West Jackson Blvd. Chicago Illinois 60604 (800)821-2130). I recently began having Transmission issues with the truck. I took the vehicle to my nearest dealership, [redacted] on March 14th, 2016 . I provided a copy of the warranty to the dealership in order to facilitate necessary repairs. On March 24th I was called by my service representative "Randy" and informed that the Warranty company had denied my claim (Denial #[redacted]).
At this point I called "The Warranty Group" myself. Per my request I was connected with a Supervisor named Moses [redacted]. I enquired as to why my claim was denied? Mr. [redacted] informed me that one of his adjusters had visited the dealership where my vehicle was located and found that my truck was equipped with a "Volant - Cool Air Intake" system and an "EDGE CS Evolution Performance Device" Mr. [redacted] also informed me that these items are considered Modifications and voided the warranty.
I explained to Mr. [redacted] that both of these devices were on the truck when I purchased it from [redacted] on April 7th, 2012 and when I also purchased the extended warranty at the same time. To him it made no difference He even asked me at one point why I didn't remove the devices at the time of purchase. I explained to him that I am a customer who bought a truck with installed equipment, and an extended warranty, how was I to know this?
In a nut shell Mr. [redacted] and his "The Warranty Group" company have refused to honor the Warranty that they sold to me in April of 2012 at a cost of $2252.00. His only suggestions were for me, at my expense to restore the truck to its original manufacturer specifications then they would consider paying for the needed repairs or go back to the dealership that sold me the truck and see if they will refund me the cost of the warranty.
It gained me nothing to express to Mr. [redacted] that I purchased the vehicle with this equipment already installed. He even kind of insinuated that he believed that I actually did make these "modifications". I purchased an Extended warranty for $2252.00. When I needed the company to step up they denied me.
My advise to anyone purchasing a new or used car, ask the sales manager to inform you of who the warranty they are selling you is provided by, If it is "The Warranty Group", tell the managers to look else where! These people were quick to take my money but when I needed them, they pretty much told me to get [redacted]! My contract number with "The Warranty Group" is [redacted]. I declare that all above statements are true and equitable to the best of my knowledge.

The team at Five Star was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I was able to schedule my appointment with [redacted] very easily and she kept me up-to-date on any changes that occurred. [redacted] was very professional and treated my home with respect. He did a thorough inspection and informed me of any problems and potential ways to fix those problems. He was courteous and clearly explained the results of the inspection and tune-up to me. Overall, I was very pleased with the job the team at Five Star did and would highly recommend them to others.

Used this company for a clogged bathroom drain. [redacted] arrived on time, inspected plumbing inside & out, suggested options for the problem, & scheduled appointment to replace pipes. He arrived the next day & completed the job in the allowed time. He was profession & cleaned up after himself.

[redacted] did an electrial installation for me today and I would recommend [redacted] to anybody looking for a knowledgeable, considerate, qualified electrician.
I am very pleased with the way he explained things and then performed the service for me I would call on him again to correct electrical problems that I might have!

[redacted] came when they said he would on an emergency basis and his appearance was neat and clean. He diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. He also changed my air filters, which are in a very difficult location. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also mentioned other options Five Star could provide for my air conditioning system when and if I wanted to
I know I can depend on Five Star to come whenever I need them. They are very reliable.
