Appreciate the professionalism and thoroughness of *** * and partner *** in doing electrical check and then replacing bad outlets in my homeThey made sure to advise me on shutting down any devices before they started turning switches off, and then made sure I knew what to expect with outlets that had surge protection on themGreat to work with!

I purchased the 5-year warranty when I bought a car from *** in the year of And I am very disappointed about the warranty service provide by the ***, which is insured by the warranty group,and I am definitely not recommend that to anybody at allMy reasons are:
They asked me to tow the car to the cheaper repair store, and only reimburse 1/of the cost;
They refused to reimburse the diagnosis fee which they should pay;
I doubt the repair store which they mandatory recommend to me has some special relationship with themAs a result, I spent over $which I might won’t spent if I didn’t go thereThis is my detail story:
The car shut down on Aug.24, When it happened, I called the customer service for the warranty, and was told that I can drop the car to any *** dealership to repairSo I drop my car to *** *** ***, which is the closest one for meThe second day I called the ***, and the representative tried to ask me to move my car to other car repair shop which is cheaperBefore I agreed to do that, fortunately, I called the shop first to confirm that they can fix the problem, and finally found out they can not fix itI called the *** again, told them the situation, and they started to search other cheaper repair store and asked me to move the car to thereForward and back, I spent one day with them, called so many times which I can not count, and finally found the problem only can be fix at the *** dealershipAnd they agreed to thatSo I paid the diagnosis fee to let the dealership shop to check what the problem isA few days later, the dealership service agent told me that the problem they found on the car is covered by the service contract, and they need more time to find the detail problem issue, which requires more time, but the *** was not willing to pay for the laborI Negotiated with *** and the *** for couple hours, and finally I give upI agreed to tow the car to another *** dealership, which they provide cheaper labor cost for ***I spent $for the towing, but *** only can reimburse me $If this is end of the story, it is fineBut it is notThe trouble came to me a few days laterThe agent of the another *** dealership called me that I need paid $for the transmission liquid filling first to get the car repaired, and this part is not agreed to pay by ***My question is if my car’s problem which found by the first dealership is covered, why goes to another dealership is different and can not be covered by the policy? Why because that the *** want somewhere is cheaper for them, I need to pay the towing and the repair out of my pocket!
After called many times and can not get better answer, I give up again, I paid the money, and claimed my reimbursement on Sep.19.2016, which should process for 10-days, but I waited almost months to get the mail to say they wouldn’t reimburse the diagnosis fee, which I confirmed the qualification many times with their representatives through the phoneI don’t want this horrible thing happen to other people, this company is a junk!

I have had a service agreement with Five Star for a couple of years now and I'm always glad that I did! *** had us on the schedule within a day and *** and *** offered options, advice, expert installation on our electrical problem Truly professional workmanship and customer service!

BEWARE!!!! I rate this company zero stars but in order to review I had to choose at least one star Do not use this company if you have any plumbing or air problems in your home This company preys on the vulnerability of it's customers We had a plumbing issue that involved the air system of the house and just for the plumbing part Five Star quoted us at over $11,which is three times more expensive then two other companies we received quotes from I did not appreciate the high-pressure sales associate that tried to convince me I "needed" a whole new HVAC system When my family was not able to live at home me due to the plumbing and air issues we were relying on individuals to get the job done in a timely manner as well as a cost effective solution This company has done only harm to our house as we now have another air issue that involves what they "fixed"-- yet they won't come inspect without charging a service fee!!!!!! Might I add that the part they replaced on the HVAC unit costs around $yet they charged over $for the jobVery disappointed in this company and the poor customer service

These people sent me a postcard that said they are collecting my informationI called them to ask to be removed from there info collecting list since I have no policies with them, the representative was very rude and said I'm gonna put you on holdAfter minutes I hung up and called back only to be hung up in when I explained why I am calling againBEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*** was very helpful scheduling my technician's visit very efficiently She followed up and kept me informed about the time that *** *would arrive She also laughs at my jokes*** *arrived on time He was very attentive when I was describing the issues that we were having with our heat pump He quickly got busy performing the system checks that were required to find the problem He was very clear when he was telling me about the system's condition He told me he made the best temporary fix possible while we had to wait on some ordered parts to arrive He also gave me a timeframe when I can expect him to return to make the repairs*** also laughs at my jokes

Hello I would like to warn everyone about this bogus company that calls themselves an extended warranty company this place is a total joke, I got this "extended warranty plan" through *** when I purchased my first vehicle in July of Let me tell you a little bit about what's going on with my vehicle my vehicle left me stranded on a highway and had to be towed to a mechanic shop on a Monday morning I call *** and they told me that I have to go through the Warranty Group, *** was unable to look at my car until mid JanuaryI was told by them that I should contact a *** dealerSo I got in contact with Deacon *** in SmithfieldThey were able to look at my car a lot sooner when Deacon *** was done they explain to me that I will need a new transfer case they call the Warranty Group in the Warranty Group tells them that this piece was to get service at a hundred thousand milesI called the warranty group and ask them to please show me where can I find in the contract that states my vehicle needed to get service for this at a hundred thousand milesNo one ever sat down with me when I purchased my first vehicle to explain to me what needs to be done at a certain mileage the warranty group was unable to provide me the information that I need it and then proceeded to speak to the adjuster and they told me I need to be at Deacon *** to speak to an adjuster they will not talk to any consumersI then go to Deacon *** and we contact the adjuster, he denied my claim due to lack of communication between him and the *** dealer because he was told that my transfer case has no liquid the *** dealer lady was sitting right in front of me and expressed to him over and over and over again that my vehicle had ounces of liquid in it he continued to argue and tell me that it needed to have quartsI continue to express to him my vehicle's been sitting for weeks and at mechanic shop and there was oil leaking at the time I asked him how do you expect a vehicle that's been sitting for weeks not to have leaked oil somewhere else and just wait for it to leak when it's getting checkedThe *** dealer lady gets back on the phone and express to him that there is liquid in the transfer case he continues to say that she said when she originally called that there was no liquid in the transfer case these people are not able to provide me with what I needI then go to Deacon *** and we contact and adjuster just adjuster denied my claim due to lack of communication between him and the *** dealer because he was told that my transfer case had no liquid the *** dealer lady was sitting right in front of me and Express to him over and over and over again that my vehicle had ounces of liquid in it he continue to argue and told me that it needed to have court I continue to express to him my vehicles been sitting for two weeks and a mechanic shop and there was oil leaking at the time I ask him how do you expect a vehicle that's been sitting for weeks not to have leap oil somewhere else and just wait for it to leak when it's getting check forThe *** dealer lady gets back on the phone and expresses to him that there is liquid in the transfer case he continues to say that she said when she originally called that there was no liquid in Chandler case these people are not able to provide me what I need and everyone thinks that there were joke the adjuster is rude and nastyMy vehicle was purchased at Miles and they expect me to service it miles later these people are out of their mindJAMI WIs the adjuster that denied my claim I will never refer this agency to anyone I will continue to tell people how bad of service they have and they don't cover anything I reported them to *** and I will continue to put them down online of how nasty and dirty they areThese people are pitiful they should not call himself an Extended Warranty Group they should be ashamed of taking money from anybody and the ones that have these clowns should cancel their policy ASAP!
