This company is HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM.

The technician that came to my house told me that they would not cover it, he out and right said they owe him money and out of 10 that he submit they only paid 1.

Well today they call me and tell me because I have not have my ac serviced in the past 6 months they will not cover it. I did have it serviced in the past year, yet they said my contract says 6 months. MY CONTRACT does not say six months, they then told me that is what is recommended.

I ask to speak with the director named Sara and I was told by the "Manager" Oscar that Sara is too busy to talk and she refuses to get on the phone and she will call me back when she has time.

Oh yea I even told Oscar what the technician said and he was yea uhn uhnnn (those were his words). He then tells me they are number 1 for a reason. I called him out on it I said oh so you guys are number 1, he then corrects himself and said we in the top 10, another LIE.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and he had the nerve to get mad when I called him out.

If they try to rebut what I am saying play the tapes, everyone kept telling me the call was being recorded so if I am making one word up then play the tape and hear how your managers speak with customers and how Oscar told me that he was going to let me speak with anyone over him

I am very pleased with the services. Everyone I have had dealings with have been polite, professional and competent. I feel very comfortable with having them in my home. All recommended work was fully explained to me. I am very glad that I have a service contract with them.

He was extremely professional in all matters concerning the HVAC systems and performed the annual inspection explaining what he was doing the entire time. His appearance was neat, clean and before entered our home he put on disposable booties to protect our hardwood flooring and throw rugs. Courteous and understanding of our needs, [redacted] represented his company in an impeccable manner. I feel honored that Five Star Plumbing Heating Cooling hire technicians of great caliber such as [redacted]. to address our needs regardless the depth of the work.

[redacted]. was great. He came to our home and installed the stove and provided advice to make our home safe for the new gas stove.

On time, professional and focused. Cleaned up work area and insured that the work was completed properly.

[redacted] sent her the signed cash settlement letter for her to complete and return. [redacted] received the letter back on October 28th, via fax, and it was sent for processing. Paul was very courteous, prompt, and fixed my kitchen faucet very quickly. The retaining clip didn't fit but Paul was able to reshape so it would work. Otherwise I might have had to wait another day.

Plumber evaluated situation saying the bathroom floor had water damage and needed to be repaired. He contacted a person who could do the job. Then a new commode was installed. Both men completed their jobs to my complete satisfaction.

[redacted] was very helpful and quickly addressed the water leak at my house. He answered all questions that I had, and was very friendly as well.

Wow, best service I have ever experienced for a/c repair. In less than 24 hours, Five Star had [redacted]. troubleshoot AND repair our A/C unit.

Had to call them 2 yrs after the repair (10 year warranty). Because of the water leak in my front yard city had to turn off my water (2 gal/min.). [redacted] and partner ([redacted]) were out within a couple of hours and changed out a broken fitting. Back up and running in less than 1/2 day no charge. Great service in this day and age of "we'll get there when we get there...maybe.

When I have a plumbing issue I call Five Star first. Recent work completed by plumber [redacted] was done well and in a timely manner. In my experience, Five Star has always responded promptly when I call with experienced well mannered technicians who know what to do and get it done.

We recently had our scheduled visit for our HVAC from Five Star Our technician, [redacted] was terrific. He was prompt, professional, thorough, knowledgeable and made sure we knew what he had done- very customer-care oriented. We highly recommend Five Star!!

[redacted]. just left our house and before leaving he quickly and efficiently fixed our air conditioning problem and I had only called Five Star about our lack of A/C last evening and [redacted] was here early this afternoon and he had the parts needed on his truck. We have used Five Star for our heating, cooling and plumbing needs since we moved here to SC in 2005 and have always been very pleased with their prompt, courteous and efficient service.

[redacted]. the HVAC Tech was extremely helpful in fixing our furnace problems. He made suggestions to improve our quality of heating and A/C. Jim was very prompt and we were happy with his and Five Star's work.

receipt, by TWG Home Warranty Services, Inc., of the Revdex.com complaint dated August 25, 2014, regarding the above case number. We administered this consumer's home service agreement.
Our apologies for any frustration the consumer has experienced in obtaining satisfactory resolution. Upon review, the consumer cancelled his agreement on August 22, 2014 and will be issued a prorated refund in the amount of $118.95 credited back to Visa card. The consumer placed two claims under his agreement for a microwave wall oven combination unit and a refrigerator.

We approved to replace two parts for the microwave wall oven combination unit in the amount of $389.99. The service provider was contacted on September 4, 2014 and has received the part for the oven but still waiting for the microwave part. The servicer will contact the customer once the second part is received to complete this repair.
On July 17, 2014, we paid $283.99 to Cube Appliance to replace the fan motor, sensor and controller on the consumer's Samsung refrigerator. The provider installed these parts and also instructed the consumer he would need to do a complete defrost of unit by removing all food and turning unit off. The customer initially refused to complete this defrost step however on July 18, 2014 stated that he did and refrigerator was not cooling. We dispatched another provider, BRS Appliance and on August 5, 2014 they reported the main control board, defrost board and power inverter board burned out and need to be replaced at a cost of $436.21. Unfortunately, the cost of the repairs would exceed the $500 limit allowed per 12 month period for this appliance as stated in the terms and conditions per section VI, number 2 which states;
"APPLIANCES AND OTHER SYSTEMS: We will cover up to $500 per appliance or system per 12 month period listed below. The $500 limit includes any costs for access, diagnosis, repair/replacement and installation."
We offered the consumer a check for $156.01 which is the remaining balance of the $500 limit less the previous repair of $283.99 and the $60.00 service call we authorized to BRS Appliance to provide their diagnosis. A check for $156.01 was mailed to the consumer on August 21, 2014.

Good check up on our heating system. They were professional.

When I called they said they would be there in 30 minutes & arrived in about 20 minutes. [redacted]. was very professional and fixed the 2 problems we called for in a short amount of time. Also gave us two estimates for another problem. 1 that would fix the immediate problem & the 2nd that would take care of that problem plus another that was developing because of the 1st one. No pressure for either estimate. Was very pleased with the service provided.

Hi,My wife and I, we both are very thrilled with our service with Five Star. They replaced our air-duct system ,repaired our A/C unit,and also added new insulation in our attic.We are pleased at the expertise all the workers and customer service representatives offered. To Name a few [redacted] and all the women from the office did a great job.If a left out someones name please forgive me!!My father in law recommended Five Star to us and I am glad he did.He also had a great experience, I would always recommend Five Star,Thanks so much
