Excellent service

They were very nice and respectful as well as very knowledgeable They checked inside and out and gave me a great report that I understood and explained what I needed to keep alert about They went over the report they made out and gave me a copy and wished us well, as well as told us if we needed anything just give them a call

***, their plumber, did an excellent job and was very professional about it

We have an extended warranty on a *** Highlander through The Warranty Group which includes rental car expense of $30/day The car wouldn't run and a Toyota mechanic came to the location Thought it would have to be towed, but finally got it running and took to dealership Had to rent a car for one day Dealer service found a loose electrical connection and did not charge for service Two representatives from The Warranty Group spent minutes telling us that this would not be covered since there was no charge for the serviceFinally we were told this was an unauthorized event as the dealership had not contacted them for coverageI will file a Revdex.com complaint if The Warranty Group will not reimburse the 1-day rental fee once they receive the requested paperwork

Great service Polite, professional, competent, and neat

*** *was a very friendly and informative HVAC Technician who displayed professionalism as soon as he arrivedHe kept a smile despite the challenging summer heat and answered my questions wellOf all the repair men that have been to my residence over the years, he has been the best, and I truly appreciated his wonderful customer service, which is very hard to find nowadaysAlso, the associates who handled scheduling were greatThey got me a quick appointment within the week and called in advance to let me know when the technician was going to arriveThis is an excellent business

First everything in their response is not accurateFirst I did not continue to disagree with what what they were sayingI advise them that I was getting two different storiesOne from them and a different story from LexusI ask the supervisor if I could go to Lexus on Monday and call him so we could get the story straightHe said yes and I asked if we could talke with him and stated that any tech could receive the callMonday I went to Lexus and was Listening on the call when *** and the Lexus Tech spoke with the Tech from the companyI don't what the problem is with the Company and Lexus is but they stated that I need to replace the axle and the CV boots and clamp did not create the problemSo they are my repair company and they stated thta the axle need to be replace and it is under warranty then it should be paided for by the companyI should not have to suffer because Lexus and the company have a different of opinionIn this case the company should pay for what is needed and address their differents with LexusI have made all my payment for extended warranty and now it come a time when I should be able to use what I have been paying for and it appears the Company is trying to back out on it obiligationsI will be going to Lexus on Monday to have *** and the tech write statement on this issue and will submit them laterI don't if the inspector was independent or notI believe in all fairness we should have agreed on an independent inspectorIn so many words if appears that you are saying that *** and the Tech from Lexus is lieingI don't see a reason for them to that because they are going to get paid anyway this goWhat about the company

Buyer Beware!
The Warranty Group denied to cover of a broken hazard light switch because it was not specifically listed in the contract
Also, there is a $deductible with each claim that they don't tell you about either

We used Star for a plumbing problem and *** * was the tech they sent outHe worked quickly, was very pleasant and very professionalI highly recommend 5-Star

They're using a broad based technicality to avoid giving me my money back in full

Tried as a new service vendor for homeThe experience was straight to the point business and serviceTechnician and staff were knowledgeable, procedural, organized and efficientThe work was done in a straight forward quote with all sides of the issue covered before the work beganJob well done

Service pro *** * was prompt, courteous and professional in resolving my plumbing issues

Mr.*** *with Five Star Plumbing Heating Cooling was very prompt and knowledgeable concerning my HVAC problem and solved the problem timelyI have used this company for over years and will continue to use them

Outstanding service and professionalism

This company is a $2,contract on repairs for the vehicle and refuses to honor its contract and does not want to pay for any repairs claiming not to cover what it said it would
