This company is a scamPlaced my order for a Christmas themed shirt Nov Of course, they charged my credit card immediatelyReceived the confirmation email for expected delivery Dec with the promise of update email on when product shipsAlong comes Dec and no word at all from themThe only way to reach them is via email or social mediaNo phone for customer serviceThe delivery date is now pushed to Dec but the product has not even shipped yetI requested cancellation of the order and refund since I will be out of town when the product finally arrives and what is the point of a Christmas shirt AFTER the holidayI am told they cannot cancel the order because it is in 'production' but I am welcome to return it after delivery [at my own expense of course] for a refundI have since disputed the charge with my credit cardTerrible customer service and a total fraud

Hello, I would like to first off state that the website does not give any contact information other than social media, while they are reachable though this medium, I feel it is not an acceptable way of conducting important information about ordersIt is not a secure site to be discussing this mattersSecondly I will explain what has happenedI placed an order for a christmas sweater on November 20th, I was sent an email with an estimated delivery time of Dec10-17thIt seems fairly long but I'm flexibleOn the 10th of december I went back to the email and clicked the link for estimated delivery time and it has changed to 17-23rd of decemberI then made an attempt to contact them via their [redacted] page this was the exchange Me: Hey I made a purchase on nov 20th and I am still waiting for my product it is a Christmas sweater so I would like to receive it before Christmas if this will not be possible I know that I have days to get my money backPlease respond ASAPThem: (the following day Dec 17th) Hi Megan, thank you for reaching out to usWe'd like to extend our sincere apologies for the delay to your orderDue to the holiday rush, some orders are shipping later than we originally anticipated Thank you so much for your patience during the busy holiday season, we truly appreciate itYour order is scheduled to ship out within the next business days We will email you with [redacted] tracking information as soon as it ships.If you have any additional questions or concerns, please let us knowFive business days passDec 26th Me:So it looks like business days have passedWhat's the story now!? Them: (jan 4th) Hi Megan, thanks for reaching out to usOur sincere apologies for the delay to your shipmentIt appears there was an issue with our facilities attempt at printing your orderAt this time we can have your order printed and shipped out within 5-business daysOr, if you would prefer, we can cancel this order now and issue a full refund Please let us know at your earliest convenienceI have asked for them to cancel the order and refund meI am waiting for them to respond to that nowI have no problem with the way they are talking with me but have a big problem with how the company runsOn their [redacted] page people are constantly saying they still don't have their orders, they got it but it was wrongit arrived months after ordersome people even complain that their designs have been stolenI hope that they are contacted with better instructions on how to conduct business

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My issues are not with the [redacted] interfaceMy issues stem from lack of accurate correspondence, when I was able to get any correspondence at allIn fact, I'm STILL waiting to receive some sort of confirmation that the last order shipped or where it is (please note, I've sent multiple requests for this information)To my knowledge I've received no refund for the aforementioned order I can certainly say I've received no confirmation that a refund had actually been issued, just implied intent I understand bugs in a systemI've been as patient as I know how to be in working with this company but, as I told the rep in one of my last emails, these issues make us both appear like we don't know what we are doing All I wanted was to be able to rely on ThreadMeUp to do what they told me they would doIt's very unfortunate this did not prove to be the case, as I was very excited to work with them I can understand when things are simply not working on a website, but this has been ongoing for several months and stemmed from promises I received in one on one correspondenceI would love to see ThreadMeUp fix these problems and grow as a companyI believe they have amazing potential, and sincerely wish them the best Thank you, [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

Great product!!! I Ordered of the same t-shirt & the guys love themWhat's nice is they are unique t-shirts and not very few people in our area have one, so they make great conversation pieces If I see another t-shirt posted on FB I think my husband will like I will most definitely order it

I had issues with ThreadMeUp in the past, but from my understanding, they are a start-upThey responded to me quickly and effectively and even sent me some extra shirts and stickers to ensure I was sufficiently happy with my late orderthe final product was great and though I waited a little, it was worth it Contrary to what a lot of people say - that this is a scam, it really isn't I received my order and very satisfied with it
