effortless [redacted] integration for our users, but we did not meet that expectation in this case.  We have been in contact with this user through phone and email to try and bring a positive resolution to the situation.This user has sold five shirts on our platform. We have refunded the cost of production for the sub-par order and waived the production fee for the order that was shipped out late.  These are the only two production issues we have been made aware of at this time, but we would be happy to look into other issues presented to us.

The shirts were very true to the sizes and colors shown.

I ordered 2 shirts, one short sleeve purple and 1 long sleeve blue. What I received was 2 purple, one short and one long. I contacted ThreadMeUp and was told a new long sleeve blue would go out ASAP. I received it 4 days and was told to keep the additional purple one at no cost to me!!

Great customer service!! Disney here I come!!
