Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1001, 14, 2015/06/02) */ ***Document Attached [redacted] This was a customs issue. I have attached an example of what these shipping labels looked like. I highlighted in red where the shipment was clearly marked at a total value of $50. Customs erroneously multiplied this by... four because there were four items in the shipment. They did this for many of our shipments. This was not our mistake, but customs. All these shipping labels were marked at their correct value by us ($50).

This is an email I had to send today based on my first interaction with thread me up... Is your email to me a joke? (See below.) I just received your email yesterday June 6, 2015 and it says you will ship on 04/15/15? I ordered the shirt on May 07,2015. This is a Father's Day gift which is June 6th and this email really has me questioning the integrity of your corporation and makes me feel like I've just been scammed??? I understand we get behind but your site clearly stated a limited supply were available which lead me to believe your company had already prepared for the incoming orders and demand of this shirt and set an allotment for those orders. I know your company is still fairly new and we all have hiccups but your email has lead me to believe the primary reason I still have not received this shirt is disorganization on your part. I look forward to receiving this shirt soon and will not be purchasing from your corporation again based on this first purchase. Sincerely, Tracy

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I should not have to pay for a product I did not receiveI will be taking other avenues to get my money back Sincerely, [redacted]

Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 14, 2015/03/31) */ We apologize for the delay in shipmentItem has been confirmed as delivered by***We can provide [redacted] confirmation if needed
