Hello,
I would like to first off state that the website does not give any contact information other than social media, while they are reachable though this medium, I feel it is not an acceptable way of conducting important information about orders. It is not a secure site to be discussing this matters.
Secondly I will explain what has happened.
I placed an order for a christmas sweater on November 20th, I was sent an email with an estimated delivery time of Dec10-17th. It seems fairly long but I'm flexible. On the 10th of december I went back to the email and clicked the link for estimated delivery time and it has changed to 17-23rd of december. I then made an attempt to contact them via their ** page this was the exchange
Me: Hey I made a purchase on nov 20th and I am still waiting for my product it is a Christmas sweater so I would like to receive it before Christmas if this will not be possible I know that I have 30 days to get my money back. Please respond ASAP.
Them: (the following day Dec 17th) Hi Megan, thank you for reaching out to us. We'd like to extend our sincere apologies for the delay to your order. Due to the holiday rush, some orders are shipping later than we originally anticipated. Thank you so much for your patience during the busy holiday season, we truly appreciate it. Your order is scheduled to ship out within the next 5 business days. We will email you with [redacted] tracking information as soon as it ships.If you have any additional questions or concerns, please let us know.
Five business days pass. Dec 26th
Me:So it looks like 5 business days have passed. What's the story now!?
NO RESPONSE
Get an email a couple days later saying that my order has shipped and that I can track it with the link they provided. I click the link and there is no tracking information found.
I wait a few days because I understand that it can take awhile for tracking information to update.
Me: (Jan 3rd) My tracking number doesn't work. Why is this?
Them: (jan 4th) Hi Megan, thanks for reaching out to us. Our sincere apologies for the delay to your shipment. It appears there was an issue with our facilities attempt at printing your order. At this time we can have your order printed and shipped out within 5-7 business days. Or, if you would prefer, we can cancel this order now and issue a full refund. Please let us know at your earliest convenience.
I have asked for them to cancel the order and refund me. I am waiting for them to respond to that now.
I have no problem with the way they are talking with me but have a big problem with how the company runs. On their [redacted] page people are constantly saying they still don't have their orders, they got it but it was wrong. it arrived 3 months after order. some people even complain that their designs have been stolen.
I hope that they are contacted with better instructions on how to conduct business.

There is no reason to do business with a company who lies. I ordered the item on the 19th of May purchase date an end of movement date. If you bought 3 of the shirts it ended the movement which I did and explained to them when I e-mailed them. So it should of shipped by 8th June if you want to give 14 business days. I told them I needed it by the 17th June for a trip which gave them an additional 6 business days to ship to me. There was no miscommunication and extenuating circumstances it was just bad business practices.

Movements end at a predetermined date, not when they meet their sales goal. This movement did not end until 6/2, despite the customer purchasing on 5/19. From the end of a movement, we take 10-14 business days to print, package and ship orders. This puts the original delivery date at 6/22.
Due to a production delay at our facility, this order shipped later than we had originally anticipated. The order has been completed and shipped at this time and will arrive a little over a week late.
We have already fully refunded the customer for their purchase.

Is your email to me a joke? (See below.) I just received your email yesterday June 6, 2015 and it says you will ship on 04/15/15? I ordered the shirt on May 07,2015. This is a Father's Day gift which is June 6th and this email really has me questioning the integrity of your corporation and makes me feel like I've just been scammed??? I understand we get behind but your site clearly stated a limited supply were available which lead me to believe your company had already prepared for the incoming orders and demand of this shirt and set an allotment for those orders. I know your company is still fairly new and we all have hiccups but your email has lead me to believe the primary reason I still have not received this shirt is disorganization on your part. I look forward to receiving this shirt soon and will not be purchasing from your corporation again based on this first purchase. Sincerely, Tracy

This company is a scam. Placed my order for a Christmas themed shirt Nov 29. Of course, they charged my credit card immediately. Received the confirmation email for expected delivery Dec 14 with the promise of update email on when product ships. Along comes Dec 14 and no word at all from them. The only way to reach them is via email or social media. No phone for customer service. The delivery date is now pushed to Dec 18 but the product has not even shipped yet. I requested cancellation of the order and refund since I will be out of town when the product finally arrives and what is the point of a Christmas shirt AFTER the holiday. I am told they cannot cancel the order because it is in 'production' but I am welcome to return it after delivery [at my own expense of course] for a refund. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card. Terrible customer service and a total fraud.
