This was a customs issueI have attached an example of what these shipping labels looked likeI highlighted in red where the shipment was clearly marked at a total value of $Customs erroneously multiplied
this by four because there were four items in the shipmentThey did this for many of our shipmentsThis was not our mistake, but customsAll these shipping labels were marked at their correct value by us ($50)

After more than seven months of trying to contact Threadmeup and being completely ignored, they now finally provide a response; though only through a Revdex.com complaint, and only to disavow themselves of responsibilityNo offer of resolution or even assistance in resolutionand far too late for me to attempt to recoup my money from any party, other than Threadmeup
This is clearly nothing more than damage controlIf it were actually about wanting to resolve the situation, they would have responded to one of the countless emails I sent to them (they don't provide a phone number to customers), or offer some suggestion of resolution or response other than "NOT OUR FAULT"
It is ironic that the "evidence" they provide to prove their lack of wrongdoing, actually shows it was in fact their carelessness and/or ineptitude that caused the erroneous customs charge
Under Quantity, they put "4" and on the SAME LINE under "value" they put $In any accounting/business form, this clearly indicates "items @ $each"Stating they put "4" under quantity, because there were completely different items in the box is a defence so lacking in business acumen, that it defies logic and indeed common senseThe way they've filled out the form clearly indicates to any reasonable person, that the "Total value" of $they highlight in red, was merely a calculation error and "@ $50ea" is correct
Given that the company has offered absolutely no compromise or attempt at resolution, and that they have delayed response so long, that it is now impossible for me to even attempt to find a resolution elsewhere, I must reject this response from the company and consider this complaint still unresolved and my position unchanged

Unfortunately there was an issue with the declared value for BMS packages in certain countriesAlthough the original value was declared at $50, this number was changed due to a technical issue with our international carrierWe apologize for this error and miscommunicationAlthough were able to adjust the declared value back to $for these instances, those who paid the customs fees already received their items and cannot be reimbursed
Because ThreadMeUp was a 3rd party distributer for the Blue Mountain State merchandise, we did not collect payment directly from the Kickstarter backers, and therefore cannot refund this chargeWe can however provide you with $worth of additional merchandise from the campaignPlease reach out to [email protected] for more information about the items and sizes available

Ordered a product from this company and it's been days since its been order, nothing has been shipped and they refused to refund me my money
Would not recommend anyone doing business with this company due to the fact that they are unable to take care of customers in a fast and professional manner

My shirt came as ordered and arrived days ahead of the scheduled dateIt looks great!

BUYER BEWAREI purchased two items for $on December The delivery date was listed as December I checked the order status approximately every other dayOn December 13, my order status was still saying that the order was being printed and not yet shipped (but the estimated delivery date was still listed as December 14)I gave the company the benefit of the doubtWhen I did not receive my item on December 14, I logged into my account and, without any sort of notice, the delivery date had changed to December As these items are Christmas gifts for my grandparents, I started to get a little nervousI contacted the company and was told that due to overwhelming demand for the item I ordered, delivery dates might slip a few daysI was assured that my order was scheduled to be shipped out on December On December 16,I logged in and found that my item was still being printed and the delivery date was now listed as December I once again contacted customer serviceThey told me that my order had been shipped and provided me a tracking number and told me to wait hours for the most recent updatesThe only problem is, MY ITEM STILL HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPEDPer the *** tracking, the only thing that has happened is that a shipment label has been createdI have been trying to get a hold of customer service ever since to try and at least get an honest and accurate answer as to when I can expect my order to actually ship (I have obviously given up on having these items for Christmas but I would like to give my grandparents a card that says they can expect the items around a certain time frame)I am very disgusted, obviously that it is taking so long for an item that I ordered on December to ship, but I am even more disgusted by the inability and unwillingness of Threadmeup to provide an honest answer
